Sunday's rubber game between the Washington Nationals and the Philadelphia Phillies has been postponed because of rain.
The contest will be made up as part of a split doubleheader on Tuesday, September 20 at 1:05 p.m. (et).
Roy Halladay was slated to start for the MLB-best Phillies, while the Nationals were scheduled to send Chien-Ming Wang to the mound.
Philadelphia posted an 11-3 victory on Saturday after dropping Friday's series opener, 4-2.
