Green Bay Packers running back DuJuan Harris will miss the rest of offseason workouts as he recovers from surgery to remove a cyst near his heart. He expects to be recovered in time for training camp.
Absent from Green Bay's minicamp Tuesday and again Wednesday, Harris explained his whereabouts in a series of tweets on Wednesday. First, he posted a picture of himself hooked up to a monitor and with a large bandage on his chest, saying "Thank God for team physicals!!!" He then said doctors had found a "fist-sized cyst on my lung next to my heart" but expects to return very soon at "110 percent."
Harris rushed for 157 yards and two touchdowns in four games.
