Oklahoma City Thunder center Kendrick Perkins left Game 4 of Saturday's Western Conference quarterfinal with a strained right hip and will not return.
Perkins suffered the injury late in the first quarter while defending the Mavericks' Jason Terry.
The Thunder's starting center pulled up after making a move to his right and immediately grabbed his hip.
Perkins had two rebounds and two assists before exiting the game.
