The MLS Disciplinary Committee announced Thursday that the league has suspended Colorado Rapids defender Drew Moor one additional game and fined him an undisclosed amount.
Moor's arm made contact with the face of Los Angeles Galaxy midfielder Marcelo Sarvas in the 48th minute of their match on March 24. The referee issued Moor a red card, which carries an automatic one game suspension and fine, but the Disciplinary Committee has tacked on an additional game to the suspension.
Moor will serve the suspension over Colorado's next two league matches. The Rapids return to action Saturday against the Portland Timbers and again on Friday, April 6 against Real Salt Lake.
