Michael Floyd catching passes before practice

Head coach Bruce Arians stated he was "optimistic" Michael Floyd would be ready to go in Week 1.

It appears Floyd is on the right track, as he was on the sideline catching "soft passes" before Tuesday's practice, according to Kent Somers.

Floyd dislocated three fingers during the first week of training camp and later underwent surgery.

It's good news for the Cardinals that Floyd's progress has been steady ever since.
