Lagoa, Portugal – American Dick Mast posted a four-under 67 on Thursday to earn the victory in the Finals of European Senior Tour Qualifying School.
Mast, the only player to shoot four rounds in the 60s, finished at 14-under- par 270 and won by seven strokes at the Pinta Course at the Pestana Golf Resort.
Paul Wesselingh finished second after an even-par 71 on Thursday left him at minus-seven.
The top-six finishers earned full status on the European Senior Tour for 2012.
Zeke P. Martinez had a two-under 69 in the final round and took third at four- under 280.
Rick Gibson (71), Jeff Hall (70) and Steve Cipa (73) shared fourth at minus- two to earn the final cards for this season.
