Late equalizer rescues Siena

Rome, Italy – Siena scored a late equalizer against Roma on 1 draw in Serie A play at the Stadio Olimpico.

Pablo Daniel Osvaldo got Roma off the mark with his goal in the 25th minute, assisted by Marco Borriello.

Roma looked on its way claiming all three points, but Roberto Vitiello rescued Siena with an equalizer in the 88th minute.

Siena and Roma share identical records, managing just two points from their first three matches. Both teams are still searching for their first wins.

Both teams return to Serie A action on Sunday as Siena hosts Lecce and Roma travels to the Stadio Ennio Tardini to face Parma.
