LEXINGTON, Ky. – Kentucky has signed post player Batouly Camara and guards Maci Morris, Taylor Murray and Morgan Rich to national letters of intent in a class rated top-20 by several scouting services.
Camara, a 6-foot-2 New York City native, averaged 12.5 points and 12.0 rebounds per game as a junior. She's ranked in the top 10 at her position.
Six-footer Morris averaged 22 points and 9.5 rebounds per contest last season for Bell County High School in Pineville, Kentucky. Rich, from Scottsville, Kentucky, averaged 20.4 points and 7.3 rebounds per game last season before tearing her right anterior cruciate ligament in February.
Murray helped USA Basketball's Under-16 women's team win the gold medal in 2013. The 5-6 Odenton, Maryland, native is rated a top-20 prospect after averaging 25.5 points last season.
