Jaguars place LB Session on IR, sign Bentley

The Jacksonville Jaguars placed linebacker Clint Session on injured reserve Tuesday with a head injury, and signed linebacker Kevin Bentley.

The fifth-year pro totaled 30 tackles, one sack and one forced fumble in nine games this season, his first with the Jags after four campaigns with the division-rival Colts.

Bentley, who has yet to play in 2011 but spent training camp with the San Diego Chargers, suited up from 2008-10 with the Houston Texans, picking up 52 tackles and one interception in 13 games a season ago.

Jacksonville (3-7) hosts Houston on Sunday afternoon.
