While Washington State's Luke Falk may have more touchdowns and Cal's Jared Goff may have NFL scouts drooling, it is Stanford's Kevin Hogan that has the highest passer rating in the conference.

Hogan's 173.96 passer efficiency rating is the best among Pac-12 quarterbacks and is ranked sixth nationally, per cfbstats.com.

On the season, Hogan is completing 66.7-percent of his passes and has thrown for 1,576 yards and 14 touchdowns. He's also only thrown four interceptions.

Hogan is also averaging 9.9 yards per pass attempt, the highest mark in the conference and the third best mark in the country, trailing on Baylor's Seth Russell and TCU's Trevone Boykin.
