Houston, TX (SportsNetwork.com) - Houston Rockets center Dwight Howard was diagnosed with a sore foot Tuesday after x-rays taken came back negative.
Howard missed practice Tuesday and is expected to return on Wednesday.
The Rockets announced the injury on their Twitter page.
Howard signed a four-year, $88 million contract with the Rockets in the offseason after averaging 17.1 points and a league-leading 12.4 rebounds per game last season.
