Peter Pujals threw for 175 yards and accounted for two touchdowns as Holy Cross held on to defeat Lehigh 27-20 on Saturday.

Pujals broke a tie in the final minute of the first half with an 11-yard touchdown run and a 27-yard score to Jake Wieczorek set up by John Zakrzewski's interception.

After a back-and-forth third quarter, the Hawks cut into the lead with an 11-yard rushing touchdown by Brandon Yosha with 3:44 left. Lehigh (2-7, 1-3 Patriot) couldn't recover the onside kick, but forced a three-and-out. Nick Shafinsky opened the drive with a 37-yard connection to Josh Parris, but his next pass was intercepted by Steven Martinez.

Shafinsky threw for 390 yards with a 58-yard touchdown to Troy Pelletier, who finished with 214 yards receiving.

Pujals led Holy Cross (4-6, 2-2) with 70 yards rushing and Gabe Guild had a 3-yard TD that made it 24-10 in the third.
