Aston Villa striker Emile Heskey could miss up to three weeks after pulling his hamstring against Everton on Saturday.
Heskey, 33, started the match against the Toffees but was substituted after just 17 minutes.
"Emile's got a nick in his hamstring and that's not an overnight job, so it will be a few weeks - two to three, maybe even longer," Aston Villa manager Alex McLeish told the club's website. "Whether he's a quick healer, I don't know his history."
