Hasek wins Czech league title at 45

Hasek came out of retirement last year to play for Pardubice who swept past Vitkovice 4-0 in overtime to win the Czech final. The former netminder retired from the NHL in 2008 after landing the Stanley Cup for the second time with the Detroit Red Wings.

Hasek posted three shutouts for Pardubice, who are based 100-km (62.5-miles) east of the capital Prague, in the playoffs en route to the final.

The goalie led Czech Republic to the gold medal at the 1998 Olympics.
