East Rutherford, NJ (SportsNetwork.com) - New York Giants running back Rashad Jennings was back on the practice field Friday, though his status for this weekend's game against Tennessee remains uncertain.
Jennings exited New York's 25-24 loss at Jacksonville last Sunday in the fourth quarter with a sprained ankle and sat out both Wednesday and Thursday's practices due to the injury. The Giants listed him as questionable on Friday's injury report.
The ex-Jaguar was having a strong game against his former team, rushing for 91 yards and two touchdowns on 26 carries prior to departing.
Rookie Andre Williams would draw the start against the Titans if Jennings is unable to go.
On the defensive side for the Giants, starting linebacker Jacquian Williams will miss a fourth straight game as he continues to experience symptoms from a concussion. Linebacker Mark Herzlich, dealing with a concussion as well, is questionable for Sunday's tilt.
