Daniel Gaunt birdied his final hole to force a playoff with Wil Besseling, and then birdied the first playoff hole to capture the Telenet Trophy on Sunday.
Gaunt carded a 2-under 69 in his final round, while Besseling birdied four of his final six holes en route to a 6-under 65 at Royal Waterloo Golf Course to both finish the tournament at 11-under-par 273.
Besseling's late flurry briefly gave him the lead after Gaunt bogeyed the 16th, but he recovered with his clutch birdie at the last to force the playoff.
The duo then replayed the 18th, where Gaunt hit his second shot to about a foot from the pin and after Besseling missed his lengthy birdie effort, Gaunt tapped in for the win and his second European Challenge Tour title.
Daniel Vancsik (68), Jose-Filipe Lima (69) and Stuart Aguilar (67) shared third place at 10-under, while Carlos Aguilar and Sihwan Kim recorded matching 67s to join Brooks Koepka (69) in sixth at minus-9.
Steven Tiley (68) and Dodge Kemmer (69) occupied ninth at 8-under 276.
Gaunt had an eagle, a birdie and a bogey through his front nine before snapping a streak of six straight pars with his bogey at the 16th.
Besseling, meanwhile, had three birdies and a bogey over his outward nine before making his late push.
