Iowa State and Kansas State are longtime rivals, but the Cyclones have struggled against the Wildcats as of late. They've lost five close games recently to K-State, but they've been in each and every contest. So how could one describe these two teams' story playing against one another in five words?
Clutch players making decisive plays.
One team has made them, and the other hasn't. Iowa State seems to be on the fringes of success -- they almost upset Oklahoma State in Ames -- but they can't quite seem to break through. Kansas State is winless in Big 12 play this season, so perhaps this is their year.
