Boston (22-14-7) looked set for an upset after Blake Wheeler and Miroslav Satan both netted in the first period before Chicago seized control of the game.
The Western Conference-leading Blackhawks (31-10-3) were back on level terms by the end of the opening period after Keith converted a slap shot and Tomas Kopecky also scored.
They led 4-2 after the second period when Andrew Ladd and Keith scored again then added a fifth from Patrick Kane in the final period after Bruins goaltender Tim Thomas was pulled.
