Frankfurt, Germany (SportsNetwork.com) - Borussia Dortmund's nightmare season continued on Sunday as the club suffered a 2-0 defeat at Eintracht Frankfurt.
The visitors fell behind in the early stages of the match as Alexander Meier struck in the fifth minute with his Bundesliga-leading eighth goal of the campaign.
Dortmund remained within touching distance until the 78th minute when Haris Seferovic doubled Eintracht's advantage.

Wolfsburg, meanwhile, has made a bright start to the season, occupying second place through 13 games.
The club kept pace with first-place Bayern Munich by picking up a 1-0 victory over Borussia Monchengladbach on Sunday. Robin Knoche netted the lone goal of the affair, striking in the 12th minute to bring Wolfsburg up to 26 points on the season.
