Madrid, Spain – Real Madrid's Angel Di Maria will be out for Tuesday's Champions League match at CSKA Moscow after sustaining a leg muscle injury on Saturday, the La Liga club announced Sunday.
Di Maria was making his first appearance after two months on the sideline with a thigh injury and was injured following a collision toward the end of the 4-0 win over Racing in La Liga.
The 24-year-old scored against Racing and has five La Liga goals this season, but could be set for another spell on the sideline.
Real will also travel to Russia without Lassana Diarra and Hamit Altintop, who were also left off the roster for the match due to injuries.
