While the rest of his teammates were throwing shoes, shirts and other belongings in cardboard boxes, Seattle quarterback Russell Wilson was in an upstairs meeting room watching film of the finest performance of his rookie season that ended in a loss.

Wilson can't wait for next season to begin. Neither can the rest of his Seahawks teammates, who nearly staged one of the biggest playoff comebacks ever in Sunday's divisional playoff at Atlanta, only to see it slip away in the final seconds for a 30-28 loss.

Down 27-7 to start the fourth quarter, the Seahawks rallied to take the lead on Marshawn Lynch's 2-yard TD run with 31 seconds left. But Atlanta QB Matt Ryan hit a pair of long completions and Matt Bryant hit a 49-yard field goal with 8 seconds left to end Seattle's season.
