Dale Jr. and Jimmie Johnson bring Batman vs. Superman to Auto Club Speedway

Finally, the long wait to see Batman vs. Superman on the racetrack at Auto Club Speedway is over.

In honor of the movie, "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice," Hendrick Motorsports teammates Dale Earnhardt Jr. and Jimmie Johnson are driving Chevrolets featuring superhero-themed paint schemes this weekend for the Auto Club 400 at ACS in Fontana, Calif.

After much hype and promotion, the cars of the two Hendrick drivers hit the track for Friday's first -- and only -- Sprint Cup practice of the day.

And, of course, they also continued to have fun with the whole superhero theme on Twitter.
