Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo was listed as active and is expected to start against the Washington Redskins.

Romo fractured a rib and a collapsed lung in last Sunday's overtime win at San Francisco. He is likely to wear a protective vest tonight, just as he did at halftime of the Cowboys' win over the 49ers.

Wide receiver Miles Austin (hamstring) was inactive for the Monday night contest.

Meanwhile, wide receiver Dez Bryant (thigh) and running back Felix Jones (shoulder), who were listed as questionable, are active. However, kicker David Buehler (groin) will miss the contest, leaving rookie Dan Bailey to handle the kickoff and field goal duties.
