Miguel Cotto waited over three years to avenge a controversial loss to Antonio Margarito, and on Saturday his patience was rewarded by stopping the challenger via TKO after the 10th round.
The in-ring doctor stopped the bout after examining Margarito's right eye after an evenly-fought 10th round, keeping the WBA Jr. Middleweight title in Cotto's (38-2) camp.
