Lake Buena Vista, FL (SportsNetwork.com) - Oregon State junior Brandin Cooks has won the Biletnikoff Award, presented to the top wide receiver in the country.
Cooks set a Pac-12 record this season with 120 catches for 1,670 yards and 15 touchdowns. His yardage led all FBS players and his touchdown receptions ranked second.
The other nominees were Texas A&M's Mike Evans and Clemson's Sammy Watkins.
