Hamilton, NY – Colgate football coach Dick Biddle finalized his 2013 staff with the announcement of Paul Shaffner as co-defensive coordinator and Steve Casula as tight end/H-backs coach on Friday.
Shaffner previously was a defensive coordinator in the Patriot League at Lafayette and was the head coach at Glenville State and Buffalo State. He will share the Colgate post with Ryan Knowles.
Casula coached tight ends and fullbacks at Western Michigan last year.
Colgate won the Patriot League title and finished with an 8-4 record last year.
