Misun Cho shot an even-par 72 on Sunday to hold on for a 1-stroke victory at the Challenge at Musket Ridge.

Cho finished at 11-under par 205 to earn her third Symetra Tour title. She had won twice in 2009 to help secure an LPGA Tour card for 2010, when Cho made just two cuts.

Prior to Sunday, she hadn't finished higher than a tie for sixth this season.

Sarah Brown carded a 2-under 70 after a string of back-nine bogeys, wasting an opportunity for victory, and took second place at minus-10. Marina Alex (71) and Jenny Suh (71) shared third place at 8-under 208.

Cho birdied her second hole to reach minus-12, but gave the stroke back at the fourth and parred every single remaining hole. She only earned the victory after Brown tumbled from the top of the leaderboard.

Brown had birdied six of her first 11 holes to reach minus-14, but started her slide with a bogey at 12. A double bogey at 13 put her into a tie for first, and she then bogeyed the last to give the title to Cho.
