Chiefs sign kicker Succop

Kansas City, MO – The Kansas City Chiefs reportedly signed year contract on Friday.

The Kansas City Star is reporting the deal to be as much as $14.1 million.

The final pick of the 2009 draft, he has connected on 24 of his 29 field goal attempts, including 3-for-3 at 50 yards or more.

Over his three seasons in the NFL, he has hit 69-of-84 field goals and all 90 extra point attempts while averaging 61.8 yards on kickoffs.
