Chicago Bears safety Chris Conte left Thursday's game against the Detroit Lions in the first quarter to be evaluated for a possible concussion.
The 25-year-old Conte dealt with concussion problems earlier this year as well, and he missed a game last month with a shoulder problem. He has three interceptions this season and nine in his four-year career.
Chicago defensive end Cornelius Washington also left with a chest injury and will not return.
