NEW YORK (Reuters) - Cleveland's Delonte West has a broken left ring finger and becomes the second Cavs point guard added to the injury list in as many days, the team said on Friday.
West had started Thursday's game in place of the injured Mo Williams, who is out for up to six weeks, but was now day-to-day and would miss Saturday's game against Oklahoma City, coach Mike Brown told reporters after practice.
The team said in a statement that West's finger, which he injured against the Los Angeles Lakers, would be reevaluated early next week.
Williams sprained his left shoulder during the Cavaliers' game with Toronto earlier this week.
