Cardinals QB Kolb out, Skelton to start again

Cardinals quarterback Kevin Kolb was inactive Sunday against the 49ers, giving John Skelton a chance to extend his winning streak to three games.

Kolb, who was limited in practice all week, injured his toe against the Ravens on Week 8.

He was questionable on Arizona's injury report, but expected to miss the game in San Francisco after head coach Ken Whisenhunt said Kolb was "probably still a little ways away from playing."

Skelton has guided the team to wins over the Rams and Eagles, throwing for 537 yards with four touchdowns and two interceptions in his only two games this season.
