Washington, DC (SportsNetwork.com) - Washington Capitals defenseman Jack Hillen had to be helped off the ice Thursday night after being hit against the boards by Calgary Flames forward Lance Bouma.
Hillen wasn't putting weight on his right leg after the lower body-to-lower body check, dragging it behind him as he was escorted to the locker room.
Bouma wasn't penalized for the hit.
Capitals winger Tom Wilson went after Bouma and both players drew five-minute fighting majors.
