VANCOUVER - The Vancouver Canucks have lost forward Mason Raymond for up to four months.
The Canucks said today that Raymond sustained a vertebrae compression fracture last night in Vancouver's 5-2 loss to the Boston Bruins in Game 6 of the Stanley Cup final.
The 25-year-old Raymond was hurt early in the first period after an awkward hit from Boston's Johnny Boychuk.
The Canucks and Bruins will play Game 7 of the Stanley Cup tomorrow night.
