Berea, OH (SportsNetwork.com) - Cleveland Browns linebacker Karlos Dansby could miss significant time after suffering a sprained knee.
Browns head coach Mike Pettine said in a Monday press conference that Dansby's recovery time "could be upwards of a month" following his departure from Sunday's 23-7 defeat against the Houston Texans.
The veteran defender left the game in the second quarter, noticeably limping, and was later diagnosed with a left knee injury. He underwent an MRI on Monday which revealed the sprain.
In addition, Pettine stated that linebacker Jabaal Sheard, who also left the game in the second half and did not return, might miss the remainder of the season with a foot bone malady.
