T.J. Bray tied a career high with 26 points and Princeton edged Brown 69-65 on Friday night.
Bray scored 11 of the final 13 points for Princeton (14-6, 2-4 Ivy League), including two free throws with 4 seconds to play that gave the Tigers a 67-64 lead. Leland King made 1 of 2 free throws with 3 seconds left before Chris Clement iced the game with a pair of free throws for Princeton.
Brown (12-9, 4-3) used a late rally to cut into a 59-50 deficit, coming within 65-64 when Steven Spieth made two free throws with 6 seconds remaining.
Will Barrett and Steven Cook scored 10 apiece for the Tigers. Princeton shot 51.9 percent from the field, despite making 3 of 17 3-pointers.
Sean McGonagill led the Bears with 16 points and six assists. King had 15 and Rafael Maia added 13.
