A'uston Calhoun scored 10 of his 20 points during a 12-3 run that helped Bowling Green earn its first road win of the season, a 67-61 decision over Saint Louis on Saturday.

Trailing 44-43 with 8:04 remaining, the Falcons (5-9) took the lead on a couple of free throws from Calhoun. After a jumper by teammate Jordan Crawford, Calhoun rattled off five straight baskets for a 55-47 lead with 3:26 left. Saint Louis got as close as 65-61 with 9 seconds remaining on Kyle Cassity's 3-pointer, but Dee Brown sealed it with two free throws for the Falcons.

Brown led Bowling Green with 21 points and Crawford added 10. The Falcons connected on 52 percent of their shots (25 of 48). It was the third consecutive victory for the Falcons, who had been 0-7 away from Anderson Arena this season.

Brian Conklin had the hot hand for Saint Louis (5-8), making 7 of 11 shots and finishing with a game-high 22 points. His teammates struggled, however, connecting on just 10 of 35 shots. Cody Ellis had 13 points for the Billikens.
