Bounty cases: Smith, Hargrove arrive to meet with Goodell, rehabbing Fujita sits out

Will Smith and Anthony Hargrove have arrived for their meeting with NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell regarding the Saints bounty scandal.

Browns linebacker Scott Fujita postponed his scheduled meeting on Tuesday, saying he needed to stay in Cleveland and continue rehabbing an injured left knee.

The players met with Goodell after the suspensions he placed on them were lifted by an appeals panel. They and Jonathan Vilma were penalized by Goodell for their roles in the bounty scandal.

Each of the four players was on the Saints during the period from 2009 to 2011, when the NFL says coaches and players offered cash rewards for big hits.

Smith and Hargrove entered the NFL's Manhattan office building through separate doors shortly before 1 p.m.
