Jonesboro, AR (SportsNetwork.com) - Arkansas State has accepted a bid to the GoDaddy Bowl.
The Red Wolves will play a Mid-American Conference opponent in the Jan. 4 contest at Ladd-Peebles Stadium in Mobile, Alabama.
Arkansas State finished 7-5 this season and will play in the GoDaddy Bowl for the fourth straight year.
"We're not only excited to continue our season, but specifically to play in a postseason game as highly regarded as the GoDaddy Bowl," said coach Blake Anderson. "Our team has persevered and worked extremely hard this season to put itself in this position, so we want to take full advantage of this opportunity and finish our season strong."
The Red Wolves lost to Northern Illinois in the 2012 GoDaddy Bowl, then beat Kent State in 2013 and topped Ball State last season.
