Czech qualifier Jiri Vesely, who knocked out second-seeded Ernests Gulbis on Wednesday, downed American Donald Young 6-2, 6-3.
Adrian Mannarino topped Alejandro Falla 6-3, 6-1 and lucky loser Lucas Pouille beat Albert Ramos-Vinolas 6-3, 6-2.
This year's champion will earn $84,500.
