Santa Clara, CA (SportsNetwork.com) - The San Francisco 49ers have re-signed linebacker Desmond Bishop to a one-year contract.
Bishop appeared in two games for the 49ers late last season after signing with the team on Dec. 15.
The 30-year-old Bishop has played in 75 NFL games (27 starts) with the Packers, Vikings and Cardinals, registering 299 tackles, nine sacks and one interception.
