Katy Perry is under investigation by Australian police following Ruby Rose's explosive sexual assault claims against the singer.

"Melbourne Sexual Offences and Child Abuse Investigation Team (SOCIT) detectives are investigating a historical sexual assault that occurred in Melbourne in 2010," a representative for the Victorian Police told Fox News Digital in a statement. "Police have been told the incident occurred at a licensed premises in Melbourne’s CBD. As the investigation remains ongoing, it would be inappropriate to comment further at this stage."

A representative for Perry did not immediately respond to Fox News Digital's request for comment.

Over the weekend, the "Orange Is the New Black" alum, 40, alleged on social media that Perry sexually assaulted her at a Melbourne nightclub 20 years ago.

A representative for Perry immediately shut down the "categorically false" claims.

"The allegations being circulated on social media by Ruby Rose about Katy Perry are not only categorically false, they are dangerous, reckless lies," a representative for Perry told Fox News Digital in a statement at the time. "Ms. Rose has a well-documented history of making serious public allegations on social media against various individuals, claims that have repeatedly been denied by those named."

After a Threads user asked her to expand on her original claim, Rose wrote, "After it I threw up on her. I told the story publicly but changed it to be a ‘funny little drunk story’ because I didn’t know how else to handle it. Later she agreed to help me get my US visa. So I kept it a secret. But I DID tell yall she wasn’t a good person. Instead I got attacked by... everyone."

In another post, Rose said it had taken her almost 20 years to come forward with the claims.

"I was only in my early 20s. I’m now 40. It has taken almost 2 decades to say this publicly," she wrote. "Though I am so grateful to have made it long enough to find my voice, it just shows how much of an impact trauma and sexual assault takes. Thank you for seeing me."

On Tuesday, Rose confirmed to the Herald Sun that she had filed official reports to local law enforcement.

"As of this afternoon, I have finalized all my reports. This means I am no longer able to comment, repost, or talk publicly about any of those cases, or the individuals involved," she wrote on Threads.

"It’s going to look like I am ignoring everything from supportive messages, to other people’s experiences, but I’m not," she continued. "This is a standard request from the police and in many ways, quite the relief. I can start the healing process now. And temporary move forward. I love you all so much."

Ruby Rose finalized a police report against Katy Perry stemming from an alleged sexual assault which occurred more than two decades ago.

Rose, 40, publicly made the claims against the "Firework" singer over the weekend in response to a Perry clip fawning over Justin Bieber's Coachella performance.

"As of this afternoon, I have finalized all of my reports," Rose wrote on Threads. "This means I am no longer able to comment, repost, or talk publicly about any of those cases, or the individuals involved."

In 2019, Rose detailed her struggles with mental health, dating back to her childhood.

"I've struggled with mental health my entire life," Rose captioned a photo of her in a hospital bed, taken just before her stint on "OITNB." "I was first diagnosed with depression at 13, then major depressive disorder at 16. When I was 18 I found out I had dissociative amnesia."

After experiencing trauma at a young age, Rose explained that she was initially diagnosed with bipolar disorder but later discovered she suffered from severe depression and an overactive thyroid.

Then came "many dark times," according to Rose.

"On medication, off medication, on and off and on and off per each wrong diagnoses," she said.

Rose then said that she experienced multiple hospitalizations due to her mental health and that she'd attempted suicide "as young as 12."

"What I have learned from the struggles of mental health is just how strong I am," Rose continued. "It’s how amazing people are because they love me and support me and yet you can’t judge those who don’t understand and don’t know how to do that either. It’s that you cannot judge people at all because you can never know what they have been through."

She added one final thought: "It’s that self love [sic] and self care [sic] is more important than anything else."

In a recent Instagram post, the 41-year-old "Firework" singer shared a series of photos including a few of her daughter and with her boyfriend, the former prime minister of Canada, Justin Trudeau.

"You are the treasure you seek," she captioned the post.

One of the photos included in the post was a silly selfie of the two of them taken from a lower angle, which featured Perry giving a silly smile to the camera, while Trudeau gave a more serious expression.

The star took to her social media days after the fatal shooting of Alex Pretti, a 37-year-old anti-Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agitator in Minneapolis – and weeks after Renee Good was also shot and killed during an encounter with an ICE officer.

Stewart credited her 14-year-old granddaughter, Jude Stewart, for nudging her to speak out about the ICE protests that have erupted in the Minnesota city, as well as protests held across the U.S.

The bestselling author, 84, shared an excerpt of her granddaughter's text message, which read: "I'm not sure it's excusable to not be speaking up right now."

Stewart shared the screenshot of the text, with her own caption on top, writing: "My granddaughter wrote this to me yesterday and she is fourteen and sensitive to what is going on in our country as we all should be."

She added, "I am disheartened and sad each and every day that we cannot demonstrate our sympathy for the beleaguered, that we are told immigrants, which most of us are or descended from are unwelcome, that we cannot show our frustration in peaceful demonstrations and that we can be attacked and even killed by Federal troops. Things must and have to change quickly and peacefully."

Perry donned a tan button-down cardigan with balloon sleeves and a matching pencil skirt. She accessorized with geometric gold earrings and styled her hair in a sleek bun. Meanwhile, Trudeau opted for a navy blue suit with a light blue dress shirt and a blue-and-white patterned tie.

On Oct. 15, the 30-year-old Christian singer shared a video of himself smiling while sipping from a coffee mug and wrote on the clip, "You aren’t one of those weird Christians who doesn’t celebrate HALLOWEEN right?"

The clip then cuts to a video from Ryan Miller's "The Jesus People Podcast" in which the Christian influencer discussed Halloween with Riaan Swiegelaar, who bills himself on Instagram as an "Ex-Occultist & Former Satanic Church Leader."

"The truth about Halloween — Halloween is the highest day on the Satanic calendar," Swiegelaar said in part. "It is also the night of the year where there is the most human sacrifice on the whole planet. So, if we look at it in a — let’s call it the popular culture aspect first. So many people think Halloween is about candy and it’s about dress-up, but they don’t question the meaning behind it."

Security guards reportedly watched the duo while they dined, and after dinner, they allegedly walked into the kitchen to thank the staff for their meal.

Days after the pair were spotted dining together, Trudeau attended the "Teenage Dream" crooner's sold-out concert in Canada.

In another video, Trudeau was seen singing along to Perry's 2013 hit, "Dark Horse."

"This is genuinely the happiest he’s been in a while," one fan wrote on X.

The new romance comes after Perry's recent split from Orlando Bloom – with whom she shares a 4-year-old daughter, Daisy Dove.

Perry and her former fiancé confirmed their breakup in July after more than a decade together.

At the time, a source told People that both Perry and Bloom had been living "on an island of stress" for months.

"Sometimes love isn’t enough to keep two people with different styles and outlooks on how things are done [together]," another source told the outlet. "It can overshadow the love."

Trudeau and his ex-wife Sophie separated in 2023 after an 18-year marriage.

Orlando Bloom is breaking his silence on his split from Katy Perry.

During an appearance on the "Today" show to promote his new movie "The Cut," Bloom touched on his breakup with the 40-year-old pop star after nearly 10 years together.

"I'm great, man. I'm so grateful. We have the most beautiful daughter," Bloom told host Craig Melvin. "You know, when you leave everything on the field, like I did in this movie, I feel grateful for all of it. And we're great. We're going to be great. It's nothing but love."

The couple began dating in 2016 and were together for about a year before breaking up in 2017. They reunited in 2018, and Bloom proposed on Valentine’s Day in 2019.

Soon after getting engaged, Perry announced she was pregnant with their first child, a daughter named Daisy, who they welcomed in August 2020.

Rumors of their split began swirling in late June, and speculation grew when Bloom arrived in Venice for Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sánches Bezos' wedding without Perry.

They officially confirmed their split July 3 in a joint statement.

Following their split, Perry was spotted having dinner with former Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau in Montreal. The two were reportedly seen sharing a number of dishes and sipping on cocktails.

Trudeau was later seen at one of Perry's concerts during her "Lifetime Tour" at Montreal’s Bell Centre, accompanied by his 16-year-old daughter, Ella-Grace, further fueling romance rumors.

In addition to Daisy, 5, Bloom also shares his son Flynn, 14, with his ex-wife, model Miranda Kerr. Kerr also commented on the breakup between Bloom and Perry during a Sept. 3 appearance on "Today."

"I actually just saw them both on the weekend. We were celebrating Daisy’s birthday," she said. "We’re one big, happy family. … Katy is amazing. I love her. And Orlando, obviously."

Bloom and Kerr were married from 2010 to 2013. During her interview, Kerr emphasized the importance of maintaining a healthy co-parenting relationship, saying, "If you do have animosity, it only hurts yourself."

Orlando Bloom admitted that he was not himself while losing a third of his bodyweight for his role in his upcoming movie "The Cut."

The 48-year-old actor dropped 52 pounds to play a boxer, who comes out of retirement to fight for his last shot at a championship title and becomes obsessed in his effort to make weight.

During a Wednesday appearance on the British talk show "This Morning," Bloom opened up about the grueling physical and mental toll of the rigorous regimen that he used to achieve his drastic body transformation.

"I was exhausted mentally, physically. I was hangry," Bloom recalled. "I was a horrible person to be around. The paranoia, the intrusive thoughts."

"I wouldn't recommend doing it at home," he added. "It would be not something to take lightly."

The "Pirates of the Caribbean" star explained that he worked with nutritionist Philip Goglia, who previously advised Christian Bale on the "Batman Begins" star's extreme physical transformation for roles.

Bloom said that Goglia had him gradually reduce his daily meals from three to two to one and routinely checked his blood levels during the process. The actor recalled struggling most with giving up his Form Nutrition protein powder.

"Suddenly, all these foods were being taken away from me, and my protein powder was the last one," he said. "I was like, ‘No! Don’t take that one.’ Then basically I came down to just [eating] tuna and cucumber for the last three weeks."

Bloom explained that "The Cut" was filmed in reverse order so the final scenes showed him at his lowest weight.

"I had no energy or brain power," he said. "So it was basically tuna and cucumber until this piece at the end where I'm trying to make the weight."

Bloom recalled how he pushed himself despite his physical exhaustion.

"I was lying down between takes on set," Bloom said. "Then I'd do my push-ups to look a bit bulkier."

Bloom explained that he found his character's motivations "relatable" despite the unhealthy measures that he takes to lose weight in pursuit of his goal.

"We're supposed to eat and sleep and take care of ourselves," he continued. "It's really a commentary on what people — the lengths this person will go to, to have that second shot."

"And I think that's so relatable," Bloom added.

Bloom said the physical transformation improved his performance.

"I've always wanted to sort of burn the barn down, take the brakes off, go for something," he said. "And this was a role that gave me that opportunity."

"It really sort of lends itself to the performance because you are feeling all the things that you're seeing on camera," Bloom added. "It was definitely intense."

During a September 2024 interview with People magazine, Bloom shared how his former partner Katy Perry found his transformation harrowing. He said that Perry "was freaked out" after viewing "The Cut."

"She watched it and was like, ‘I need a stiff drink,'" he recalled of Perry.

Bloom told the outlet that Perry cried at the film's worldwide premiere on Sept. 5, 2024, at the Toronto International Film Festival.

"She was really moved. She knew what it took," Bloom said.
