Far-left streamer Hasan Piker calls Lindsey Graham 'bloodthirsty odious monster'

Far-left streamer Hasan Piker called the late Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., "bloodthirsty," among other names, in a video posted to his YouTube channel on Sunday, after the senator died on Saturday of a brief and sudden illness.

"We like to take a look at the true worth of a man. We like to take a look at what these members of Congress have actually done. Not the way that they cover it in mainstream media, but instead, the way of what their impact is and the way it should be covered. I'll start off by saying Lindsey Graham, in a long list of demonic entities, was exceptionally bloodthirsty. A bloodthirsty odious monster who loved war. There was never a war that Lindsey Graham did not fall in love with," he said.

Graham, 71, passed away on Saturday after suffering from an "Aortic Dissection due to Arteriosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease," according to the medical examiner's report. The medical examiner emphasized that the findings are not final and that Graham's death certificate will remain pending while toxicological and microscopic testing is completed.

"Lindsey Graham is pro-life and yet Lindsey Graham has died. We of course don't do that here on the HasanAbi broadcast," he said.

Piker was among several political commentators to jump on Graham after his death. Piker initially mocked a post on social media honoring Graham's relationship with Israel, by commenting, "lmao."

"The Young Turks" co-host and executive producer Ana Kasparian responded on X to the announcement of Graham's death with two words.

"Good riddance," Kasparian said.

Far-right political commentator Nick Fuentes also posted the same response online.

Co-creator of "The Young Turks," Cenk Uygur, took to social media to mock Graham’s record by imagining the senator carrying his arguments into the afterlife.

"Lindsey Graham has moved on to the next step in his journey, trying to convince Hades to attack Zeus and Poseidon," Uygur said. "He says it’ll only take a couple of weeks and won’t require any ground troops. And there’s no way Poseidon can close the Strait."

Former MSNBC analyst and Lincoln Project co-founder Steve Schmidt called Graham a "lonely and unprincipled man who betrayed his country for power and his decency for attention" in a Substack post on Sunday.

Graham also received several tributes praising his work from his allies in the government, including President Donald Trump.

Trump wrote on Truth Social that Graham "was always working," and called the Palmetto State senator "a true American Patriot."

Graham's office did not immediately respond to Fox News Digital's request for comment.

Wisconsin Democrat downplays appearing on Hasan Piker's show, doesn't 'endorse' everything he says

Wisconsin state Rep. Francesca Hong, a Democratic gubernatorial candidate, appeared to distance herself from far-left Twitch streamer Hasan Piker on Wednesday after appearing on his livestream less than two weeks ago.

While being interviewed on "MS NOW Reports," Hong was asked about her late June appearance on Piker's livestream, which also served as a fundraiser for her campaign. Hong faced criticism for campaigning with Piker from former Democratic Wisconsin Elections Commissioner Ann Jacobs, who claimed she was "willing to sell out the Jews of Wisconsin for a few bucks."

"I condemn hatred, discrimination, antisemitism and Islamophobia, any sort of dehumanizing of communities," Hong responded. "Being on these streams, it’s important that we get our message out in places where, you know, campaigns struggle to reach voters. Just because I am on a platform certainly does not mean that I endorse everything that has been said by either the hosts or other people who have gone on."

She added, "And if candidates and elected officials who are speaking with more controversial hosts, you know, if we are to be responsible for everything that they have ever said, I would point to the fact that [Rep. Tom Tiffany, R-Wis.,] the Republican likely nominee, has been on a radio show that has called for the execution of the governor of Minnesota."

"So, I think it’s important to recognize that when we are campaigning in areas where folks may not have already heard our message, it’s important to let them know that we are a campaign that is fighting for working-class people, and it’s important that folks are staying engaged on our elections here in Wisconsin," Hong said.

Hong, who described herself as a democratic socialist, has also made controversial statements in the past, calling for efforts to defund and abolish the police.

Progressive media darling Hasan Piker is predicting "curtains" for Democratic Maine Senate candidate Graham Platner after a sexual assault allegation rocked the political landscape Monday.

Piker, the popular far-left Twitch host who many Democratic hopefuls have courted for support, reacted to the explosive claim made by Platner ex Jenny Racicot while reading Politico's report on his livestream.

The host was particularly alarmed when he read that Politico "also spoke with a man Racicot dated and confided in the years after the alleged incident, and reviewed documents, including emails between Racicot and her therapist and messages between Racicot and an acquaintance whom she warned against getting involved with Platner years before he ran for office."

Others in the liberal media are also taking aim at Platner and speculating on how much longer he will last on the campaign trail.

The Bulwark's Tim Miller blasted Graham's video statement saying his campaign is "taking time to reflect on the best path forward."

"I’m sorry but 'we are taking time to reflect on the best path forward' is not an option on the table," Miller wrote on X. "Either it’s false and you campaign with vigor or it’s true and you get out / apologize to everyone you let down."

"Platner needs to drop out ASAP - these are awful, credible allegations," Pod Save America co-host Jon Favreau said. "It's now abundantly clear that he just hasn't been honest about his past and can't be trusted as a candidate for office. Saving grace is that the party can find a replacement by the 27th as long as he drops by the 13th, which I very much assume he will."

The Platner campaign did not immediately respond to Fox News Digital's request for comment.

Left-wing Twitch streamer Hasan Piker told Charlamagne tha God on "The Breakfast Club" that Israel had no right to exist "in its current formation" during a Tuesday interview, responding to a question about whether Israel and a Palestinian state have a right to exist.

"I think Israel, in its current formation, given that it’s a settler colonial operation that’s seeking out the expulsion or complete extermination of the indigenous population as an apartheid state, does not have a right to exist," Piker said.

Piker compared the question to asking whether other historic regimes should have continued to exist.

He said he was referring to Israel's political structure rather than Israeli citizens.

"People have a right to exist. People do exist. Israel currently exists," Piker said. "It’s just a matter of, are they following international humanitarian laws? And they certainly are not. And I want to change that."

Charlamagne asked whether that was similar to saying MAGA "doesn't have a right to exist" as a movement, and Piker argued such claims are often mischaracterized by political opponents.

"The 'does Israel have a right to exist' deployment as a statement, as a question, is a technique to shift the conversation away from Israel’s crimes against the Palestinians," he said. "To make it seem like the opposition is actually being crazy and they want, like, all Jews to be exterminated, all Israelis to be exterminated, which is not the case."

The exchange began after Charlamagne asked Piker about Jerry Seinfeld, who was asked to say "Free Palestine" outside a New York Knicks NBA Finals game and responded, "It doesn't exist." Piker called Seinfeld "a gross racist" and said denying Palestine exists is a common pro-Israel talking point.

"Palestine existed under Ottoman occupation initially under the Ottoman Empire, and then it became a British holdover occupied state, British-occupied Palestine," Piker said. "It’s existed for far longer than Israel has. Israel’s only existed since 1948."

Hasan Piker celebrates America being 'closer than ever' to socialism as he backs NYC candidates

Controversial Twitch streamer Hasan Piker threw his support behind two far-left candidates running for Congress in New York City, arguing their victories would help push the country closer to socialism.

"For the longest time, I thought we were so far away from socialism, and we might still be far away from socialism, but we do have an opportunity right here, right now, more than ever before," Piker said Thursday at a Brooklyn rally for candidates endorsed by the New York chapter of the Democratic Socialists of America ahead of the state’s June 23 primary.

Leading the DSA-backed slate are State Assemblywoman Claire Valdez, D-N.Y., and activist Darializa Avila Chevalier, whom Piker praised as "giants" of the socialist movement.

"We must seize that opportunity, and you all must continue your own disciplined organizing for that to happen," Piker told the crowd. "That is the challenge."

Both candidates are socialists who want to abolish Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), raise taxes on the wealthy and advance the Palestinian cause in Congress. If they win their contested primaries for deep blue districts, they would almost certainly pad the ranks of the Democratic caucus’ far-left flank.

"I've rarely ever seen such tremendous ideological representation at such an important level," Piker said, referring to Valdez and Avila Chevalier. "I mean, a congressional seat is a tremendous amount of power."

"What an honor it is to be joined by Darializa on stage," Valdez jokingly said, referring to a cardboard cutout of Avila Chevalier. "[It’s the] honor of my life to be on a slate with her with so many of my other socialist comrades."

Valdez is running for a seat vacated by retiring Rep. Nydia Velázquez, D-N.Y., that spans progressive bastions in Queens and Brooklyn.

Meanwhile, Avila Chevalier is running as a formidable leftist challenger to Rep. Adriano Espaillat, D-N.Y., the chairman of the influential Congressional Hispanic Caucus, in a district covering Upper Manhattan and the West Bronx.

The leftist duo is backed by New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani and Justice Democrats, the progressive group that helped launch New York Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez's insurgent House campaign in 2018.

Avila Chevalier has sparked controversy over since-deleted social media posts in which she asserted "Israel doesn’t exist," voiced literal support for open borders and claimed "all deportation is wrong," CNN first reported.

The Mamdani ally has also faced scrutiny over calling former President Joe Biden "a rapist" and writing "F--- Kamala Harris" in 2021 after the former vice president told Guatemalan nationals not to illegally cross the border.

Piker predicted a wave of socialist victories in New York City would soon eclipse the significance of Mamdani's mayoral win last year.

"By the end of these midterms, Zohran will seem unremarkable. Because, by then, we will have elected so many brilliant fighters into legislative offices throughout New York City and the state," Piker said, referring to the slate of socialist candidates.

"These are your comrades, these are your fighters."

Thursday’s rally comes as Piker, who has sparked widespread backlash over saying "America deserved 9/11," and Hamas is "a thousand times better" than Israel, has interviewed and campaigned with proudly socialist candidates across the country.

Several Piker allies have lost their primaries, including former Ocasio-Cortez chief of staff Saikat Chakrabarti, who launched a failed bid to succeed former Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif. However, the socialist streamer did score one notable victory with progressive surgeon Adam Hamawy's primary victory for a Democratic-heavy New Jersey House seat.

Left-wing Twitch streamer Hasan Piker accused California of wanting a kind of "homo-fascism" after his preferred candidate trailed behind a gay Democratic state senator on Tuesday.

During one of his streams, Piker expressed disappointment that Saikat Chakrabarti, Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez's former chief of staff, failed to advance in the California primary to replace former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi. Instead, San Francisco Supervisor Connie Chan and California state Sen. Scott Wiener will face off in November, with Wiener leading the candidates at 41%.

Piker attacked San Francisco and California for not being as progressive as other cities and claimed liberals there simply want "gay fascism" in reference to Wiener's sexuality.

"It's because I was saying California liberals want homo-fascism. It's true. If it offends you, that's your problem. I mean, it's true. Yes, California liberalism begins and ends at abortion rights being protected and LGBTQ rights being protected. That's it. Wokeness has a limit in California. That is literally the limit," Piker said.

During his stream, he voiced his frustration with Wiener after claiming that Wiener was lying when he agreed with his fellow candidates that Israel was guilty of genocide.

Hasan Piker says UK has barred him, trashes 'unbelievable...power' of pro-Israel groups

It hasn't been a great last few days for Marxist political influencer Hasan Piker.

First, as Fox News Digital reported exclusively last week, the Treasury Department's Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC) sent Piker an administrative subpoena seeking financial, logistical and communications records related to his March trip to Cuba as part of an investigation into whether he violated U.S. sanctions laws against doing business with the communist regime running the island nation.

Then last night, during protests outside an Immigration and Customs Enforcement facility in Newark, N.J., hecklers confronted Piker, calling him a "f---ing fraud, " "fake-a-- grifter" and "dog abuser," telling him, "Go back to the desktop." (Piker has denied allegations he trained his dog, Kaya, with a shock collar.)

Now, Piker told his loyal following on the gaming platform Twitch that British authorities denied his Electronic Travel Authorization, or ETA, preventing him from traveling to the United Kingdom for a series of scheduled appearances, including events at SXSW London and the Oxford Union. Approved U.S. travelers to the UK can enter the country with a simple Electronic Travel Authorization, which is easier to get then a formal visa.

"I've been banned from the UK," Piker told viewers. "I've been to the UK on numerous occasions, and all of the things they're complaining about now are things I've said before."

He went on to say, "It's f---ing ridiculous."

Although Fox News Digital could not confirm Piker's claim, such a move by the UK would be significant because it would mark a potential red line that a Western government has drawn regarding the importation of extremist ideas and ideological movements that officials believe may contribute to social unrest, extremism or political violence.

At the tail end of a long livestream, Piker said he was denied entry for alleged antisemitism, which he denied, and then proceeded to lash out at Jewish organizations that he said had campaigned against his visit, claiming they wielded excessive influence over British policy.

"Israel advocacy organizations have unbelievable amounts of power over what even the United Kingdom has to say and do," Piker said. "If you're an avowed anti-Zionist, your travel will be restricted."

Piker accused the UK government of bowing to pressure from pro-Israel advocacy groups and described the decision as evidence of a growing crackdown on political dissent across Western democracies.

The comments came weeks after several British Jewish organizations publicly urged the government to block Piker's entry into the country, citing remarks they described as antisemitic and supportive of extremist groups. Piker has said he believed the U.S. deserved the 9/11 attack as "backlash" for its foreign policy decisions. The Jewish Leadership Council and Community Security Trust argued that Piker's presence in Britain would not be "conducive to the public good," pointing to his comments about Hamas, Hezbollah, Zionism and Orthodox Jews.

Labour MP David Taylor also called on the Home Office to revoke Piker's visa ahead of scheduled appearances at SXSW London, arguing that his rhetoric had contributed to concerns within Britain's Jewish community.

Punctuating his commentary about the UK decision with deep sighs, cursing and rage at suggestions from his followers, Piker repeatedly rejected accusations of antisemitism, saying criticism of Israel was being conflated with hatred of Jews. He said the decision reflected a broader trend in which governments are suppressing anti-Israel voices.

"This is straight-up fascism," Piker said. "Being critical of Israel while combating antisemitism is not a good enough reason to bar someone entry into the country."

Varoufakis is the co-founder of the 501(c)(3) nonprofit group, Progressive International, which Piker credits with getting him to Cuba for a March aid convoy that may have violated U.S. laws. A Fox News Digital investigation chronicled how Progressive International and its co-founder David Adler have allegedly been a critical part of a foreign influence operation by the Communist Party of Cuba. Progressive International and Adler didn't respond to a request for comment.

The U.K. government didn't respond to a request for comment. However, in recent weeks, Home Secretary Shabana Mahmood, a critic of Israeli policies, recently revoked the travel authorization of Piker's uncle, Cenk Uygur, founder of "The Young Turks," after concluding his presence would not be "conducive to the public good."

During the livestream, Piker warned that the alleged UK decision could set a precedent for other Western countries, including Australia and Canada, potentially restricting his future travel.

During a livestream this week, Piker said that the Treasury Department's investigation into his Cuba trip may ultimately be focused on Neville Roy Singham, an American Marxist businessman living in Shanghai who has funded a network of nonprofit organizations and activist groups that have drawn scrutiny from lawmakers and administration officials.

Among the organizations funded by Singham is CodePink, which also received a Treasury Department administrative subpoena related to its participation in the March convoy to Cuba, as well as groups such as the Party for Socialism and Liberation and the ANSWER Coalition. All three organizations openly identify with socialist or communist political traditions and have been prominent organizers of anti-Israel demonstrations across the United States since the Oct. 7, 2023, attacks by Hamas against Israel.

Critics argue that some of those demonstrations have created hostile environments for Jews in the UK, U.S., and elsewhere, including the use of slogans such as "From the river to the sea," which calls for the elimination of Israel.

Trump administration officials are investigating the groups tied to Singham as a transnational network advancing anti-American, pro-Chinese Communist Party and anti-Western narratives while exploiting political and social divisions inside the U.S.

Lawmakers, Treasury officials and national security analysts have increasingly examined whether such networks are helping to amplify polarization, social discord, and hostility toward democratic institutions. Meanwhile, last night at the ICE protest, Piker defended the groups as led by "wonderful" people.

The debate has been particularly acute in Europe, where governments have grappled with alliances between far-left activists and Islamist organizations that have joined forces around anti-Israel activism and antisemitism. Critics argue that some of these coalitions have fomented rhetoric and violence hostile to Jews, leading to rising antisemitism in the UK, much like in the U.S.

FIRST ON FOX: Federal officials have served subpoenas to Marxist political influencer Hasan Piker and CodePink cofounder Susan Medea Benjamin as part of a wider investigation into whether U.S. organizations and leaders violated U.S. laws and sanctions in supporting Cuba's communist regime, Fox News Digital has learned.

Piker and Benjamin are among those caught in a federal inquiry into whether activists who traveled to Cuba in March violated U.S. sanctions laws through the financing, coordination or delivery of goods to Cuba, including potential contacts with Cuban government personnel or entities on the island. The administrative subpoenas were sent to the pair by the Treasury Department's Office of Foreign Assets Control

The administrative subpoenas — called "Requests for Information," or RFI — seek financial, logistical and communications information revolving around trips the two widely bragged about making to the island nation in March with delegations of the "Nuestra América Convoy," or "Our America Convoy," from a global network of communist sympathizers, activists and influencers who brought supplies to the country's ruling Communist Party of Cuba, according to sources familiar with the matter.

The investigation is part of a broader effort by officials at Treasury, State and Justice departments to curb malign foreign influence operations inside the United States, particularly activities tied to support for political violence, extremist movements or acts the U.S. government classifies as terrorism. The scrutiny reflects growing concern among federal authorities and lawmakers over whether foreign actors and aligned organizations are attempting to shape American political discourse, mobilize activists, sow discord and normalize rhetoric that could encourage violence or undermine U.S. national security interests.

According to a Fox News Digital investigation, Singham has pumped $278 million into nonprofit groups that have pushed pro-China, pro-Cuba, anti-U.S. narratives and street protests for almost a decade, since his marriage in February 2017 to CodePink co-founder Jodie Evans, who is also being investigated for her role in the March trip. CodePink received $1.33 million from Singham after he married Evans.

In mid-March, organizations in the Singham network — from the Venceremos Brigade to People's Forum, a hub for communist causes in New York City — were leaders of the Nuestra American Convoy, which included an estimated 650 delegates from 33 countries and 120 organizations. The organizations included Democratic Socialists of America, a U.S. nonprofit that promotes Piker as a headline member.

The investigation by the Office of Foreign Assets Control is part of a broader dragnet that includes as many as 40 American citizens who joined foreign nationals, including a controversial Brazil activist, Thiago Avila, who are part of a global network of anti-U.S. Marxists, communists and socialists. Additional subpoenas are expected.

The administrative subpoenas mark a serious escalation by the Trump administration against a far-left nonprofit activist network that has spent years defending communist regimes, from Cuba to China, while presenting its work as humanitarian aid, anti-war organizing and "solidarity" with people "oppressed" by the "imperialist" U.S "colonial power."

As reported, a Fox News Digital investigation has identified 145 U.S. nonprofits and activist groups with $1 billion in collective revenues that Justice and Treasury Department officials are investigating as part of a wider influence campaign by Cuba's communist regime and other foreign actors. According to public statements, it's believed that delegation members stayed at a hotel the U.S. State Department has put on a "Cuba Restricted List," as businesses directly tied to the communist government of Cuba, designated a state sponsor of terrorism.

U.S. law imposes broad restrictions on financial transactions involving Cuba, primarily through the "Cuban Asset Control Regulations," administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control. Those rules generally prohibit unlicensed travel-related transactions and the export of goods or services to Cuba, with limited exceptions for journalism, humanitarian projects, educational programs and certain activities meant to support the Cuban people.

On March 10, Piker posted a photo of himself on Instagram with the message: "I'M GOING TO CUBA."

In an Instagram post from the trip, Singham's wife, Evans, smiled widely in Havana, wearing a red-and-white Palestinian scarf, or kefiyyeh, around her neck, while standing beside Piker, who looked seriously into the camera.

On a livestream this week, Piker said that the Justice Department's indictment of Cuban leader Raúl Castro is a "sham" with "no legal standing," designed to create a pretext for escalating U.S. pressure on the island. Piker argued that Trump is acting like a "playground bully."

Fox News Digital recently observed Piker outside his Los Angeles home escorting his dog, Kaya, outside the house for a bathroom break early one morning. Kaya, a large-breed dog that is a mix of Tibetan Mastiff, Chow Chow, and St. Bernard, has been the beloved subject of an online campaign, dubbed "Free Kaya," over allegations Piker trained Kaya with a shock collar that transmits painful stimuli as part of behavior training. At one moment, Piker silently stood over Kaya and gestured with a finger for her to return to the house after relieving herself. Later, Kaya was observed being walked and driven by a woman leaving Piker's home.

Benjamin has made her mark as an activist gadfly who stages media spectacles at Congressional hearings, defense industry trade conferences and the homes of government officials, yelling invectives, chants and slogans, branding herself as "anti-war," but actually running a pattern of messages denouncing the U.S. and uplifting communist and authoritarian regimes from the Islamic Republic of Iran to the Chinese Communist Party and the Communist Party of Cuba.

Fox News Digital recently observed Benjamin outside her colorful home in Washington, D.C., with her partner and fellow activist Tighe Barry, who accompanied her on the trip to Havana.

Piker has been criticized for saying that "America deserved 9/11," a remark he later said was poorly phrased, and for past comments about former Rep. Dan Crenshaw, R-Texas, a Navy SEAL veteran who lost an eye in Afghanistan. More recently, critics, including Rep. Ritchie Torres, D-N.Y., have accused Piker of amplifying anti-Semitic rhetoric after Oct. 7, while Piker has denied antisemitism and said his criticism is aimed at Israel, not Jews.

Piker, Benjamin, Singham, Evans and CodePink didn't respond to requests for comment.

According to sources, the Office of Foreign Assets Control is also investigating CodePink's DC Coordinator, Olivia DiNucci, a former Division I basketball star from Emerson College in Boston. Her unassuming, girl-next-door persona often gains her entry into coveted spaces that she then disrupts with loud theatrics. She joined a convoy led by the Brazilian activist, Avila.

Federal investigators are examining whether the caravan’s financing, logistics, coordination or delivery of goods crossed legal lines under U.S. sanctions law, sources said.

Legal experts told Fox News Digital that the subpoenas could determine whether prosecutors pursue a criminal case under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act, known as IEEPA, or whether the matter remains a civil enforcement issue handled by the Treasury Department’s Office of Foreign Assets Control, which administers U.S. sanctions programs.

The Office of Foreign Assets Control can impose civil penalties under a "strict liability" standard, meaning the government does not have to prove intent. The Justice Department, by contrast, generally must show that a defendant willfully violated the law in a criminal case, often through evidence of concealment, evasion or knowing participation in prohibited transactions.

In a long livestream on Saturday, Piker interviewed another influencer, Ashley St. Clair, about having a baby with billionaire Elon Musk, railed against Trump, defended the communist leaders of Cuba and free-associated about other topics in the news, including a shooting outside the White House, decrying the chaos in America. Online influencer Hasan Piker mocked the attempted assassination of President Donald Trump during a livestream Tuesday night, even as he bailed on a panel hosted by a pro-communist nonprofit, with organizers citing safety reasons amid backlash to his rhetoric.

Piker, a self-described Marxist and popular streamer on the Twitch platform, was slated to appear as the headliner at an event hosted by the People’s Forum in Manhattan, "Columbia & Palestine: A Test of Democracy — Featuring Hasan Piker & Guests," but he was a no-show. Instead, while the panel proceeded without him, he streamed his show live from New York City, which he called "Mamdanistan" for Mayor Zohran Mamdani.

He spent much of the six hours reading aloud articles and X posts about himself, at turns giddy, and then complaining about the "threats," "disparagement campaigns" and "smears" he'd received for spewing rhetoric that critics say has stoked a culture of political violence.

Last year, the far-left streamer drew public scrutiny when he called for the murder of Sen. Rick Scott, R-Fla., as Republicans targeted Medicaid and Medicare fraud. He said, "If you cared about Medicare fraud or Medicaid fraud, you would kill Rick Scott."

A fellow panelist told attendees that Piker withdrew due to "the level of attacks and targeting that he has been going through from the right and the left and right," following backlash after "the situation" with the attempted assassination on Trump at the White House Correspondents' Association Dinner on Saturday.

The episode highlights intensifying scrutiny of rhetoric by leftists like Piker, following the assassination attempt, as critics point to a pattern of inflammatory comments and question the influence of online personalities during a volatile political moment. On Tuesday, writer Peter Hamby at liberal Puck News even acknowledged, "There is a rising miasma of conspiratorial thinking, dangerous fact-denying, and dehumanizing language that has taken hold on the American left." He singled out "clout-chasers."

While the panel unfolded at the People’s Forum without Piker, the influencer used his livestream on Twitch to mock the assassination attempt and amplify conspiracy theories that it was a fabricated operation.

He continued, smiling: "‘You have a glow like an expectant widow’ is bars. I'm afraid to report that that is actually bars."

Right about then, about 22 minutes into the People’s Forum event and well into Piker’s separate six-hour livestream, Mohsen Mahdawi, a Palestinian student at Columbia University who was detained by Immigration and Customs Enforcement in April 2025 before being released by an immigration judge, took the microphone and said, "First, I would answer, or I would speak to the thing that many of you are wondering, most likely, and the question is, where is Hasan Piker?" The crowd laughed.

He continued, "Oh, yeah, Hasan was supposed to be with us tonight, and we had to do a last-minute call because of the level of attacks and targeting that he has been going through from the right and the left and, specifically, since last night, with the situation in the White House, there are people who are trying to point fingers to Hasan."

Mahdawi continued, "As we know, this is a whole war on truth. And we had to debate, as a team, with the People's Forum team, as well, whether if we should actually reschedule it or cancel it, and it wasn't as difficult of a decision as one might imagine, because we knew our North Star, and our North Star is to be with you and to empower ourself and to continue to share our truth."

He finished: "So while we are with you here tonight, Hasan is streaming right now and watching us."

The crowd broke out in cheers.

While the People’s Forum panel lamented the alleged threats against Piker and the streamer blasted Trump and the first lady during his livestream, NYPD Community Affairs officers were on foot outside the venue, and multiple police cars lined West 37th Street in Manhattan.

Already, lawmakers on the House Ways and Means and Oversight Committees are investigating the People’s Forum, a New York City-based nonprofit, as a hub for allegedly stoking chaos and hate in the country as part of a wider malign foreign influence operation. A Fox News Digital investigation found that the nonprofit received $22.4 million from Neville Roy Singham, a Shanghai-based American tech tycoon who has promoted Chinese Communist Party propaganda.

The organization has played a visible role organizing agitators at far-left protests and demonstrations in New York City and across the country, often in coordination with a network of pro-communist nonprofits funded by Singham, including CodePink, co-founded by his wife, Jodie Evans.

Piker has faced repeated criticisms for past remarks. Following the Oct. 7, 2023, Hamas attack on Israel, Piker dismissed the reports of Israelis raped by Hamas militants, saying, "It doesn’t matter if f---ing rapes happened on Oct. 7. Like that doesn’t change the dynamic for me even this much," pinching his fingers together.

He later told TV host Piers Morgan in April 2024 that he supports the chant, "Globalize the intifada," which critics say calls for violence against Jews and the state of Israel.

"I am perfectly comfortable with people chanting about the intifada," Piker said.

NYPD police officers have arrested hundreds of pro-intifada protesters at Columbia over the course of multiple anti-Israel demonstrations and on-campus encampments where agitators spray-painted buildings, restricted walkways and occupied the Butler Library in May 2025. Lawmakers and Columbia University investigations established rampant antisemitism among protesters targeting Jewish students.

But in its promotion for the event, the Singham-funded nonprofit framed a narrative of the students as victims of "surveillance, suspension and institutional resistance."

Meanwhile, as Piker mocked the assassination attempt on his livestream, a few pro-Trump supporters stood in front of the People’s Forum entry door being interviewed on phone cameras as security guards ushered attendees safely into the event, walking past shelves packed with books by German philosopher Karl Marx, calling for a communist "revolution."

On his livestream, Piker griped about being the victim of "Hasan Derangement Syndrome" and becoming "the poster boy of the left."

Fox News Digital reached out to Piker but did not receive a response.

Far-left Twitch streamer Hasan Piker claimed on Sunday that the Republican Party was the world's "biggest terrorist" organization in both the U.S. and internationally.

"I hate Republicans," Piker said on "Pod Save America." "I oppose them. I say that all the time. I think that the Republicans are far more damaging. The biggest terrorists, the biggest domestic terrorist in this country, the biggest terrorist internationally is the Republican Party. And not only that, but it's just like, they ... I want to fight against the growing fascist movement in this country."

He also called out the Democratic Party's "conciliatory attitude" toward the Republican Party and "their lack of investment" in pushing back against a growing "fascist" movement.

It's a failure."

Piker did not immediately respond to a request for comment from Fox News Digital.

Piker has become an influential figure within the Democratic Party, with some politicians embracing and even campaigning with him ahead of the 2026 midterm elections. Others, however, have called out Piker for making what they described as antisemitic and anti-American comments.

Among his past comments were claims that America "deserved" 9/11 and defending Hamas as being "a thousand times better than the fascist settler colonial apartheid state" of Israel.

Piker doubled down on his Hamas comparison when asked about it on "Pod Save America."

"I've also said I'm a harm-reduction voter," he said. "I'm a lesser evil voter and, therefore, I would vote for Hamas over Israel every single time because I'm looking at the situation as a paramilitary organization that has a political party as well, a political bureau as well that is entirely comprised not as an alien force but of orphaned children that have, you know, had their parents killed by an apartheid state that has been dominating the lives of Palestinians for 80 years at this point and have done a genocide at this point as well."

Controversial Twitch streamer Hasan Piker is dismissing Democrats who refuse to appear on his show but appear on other programs.

While campaigning with Michigan Democrat Dr. Abdul El-Sayed, who is running for U.S. Senate, Piker was asked by a Politico reporter about Sen. Elissa Slotkin, D-Mich., refusing to appear on his Twitch stream, while being willing to sit down for interviews with people like Bill Maher.

"I mean, this double standard exists in American politics. Islamophobia is often times not considered at all. Bill Maher is not only an Islamophobe, but he has also demonstrated anti-Blackness at every turn, but at the end of the day, he is representative of the same forces of politics in this country that are aligned with the establishment goals, and therefore, there’s never a question about participating in his show," Piker told the reporter.

Piker did not explain why he believed Maher was an "Islamophobe," nor did he clarify what he meant when he said that the longtime comedian and political host "demonstrated anti-Blackness."

Piker has recently become a flashpoint for Democrats as some fear that platforming the controversial streamer gives Republicans political fodder, while others say that he helps candidates reach a broader audience.

The controversial streamer has been criticized for comments that some have characterized as being antisemitic and anti-American. He recently came under fire for saying it "doesn’t matter if f------ rapes happened on October 7. It doesn’t change the dynamic for me." Previously, in a more infamous moment, Piker was slammed for saying during a stream in 2019 that "America deserved 9/11." He later admitted the comments were "inappropriate."

Slotkin recently came under fire for her appearance on "Real Time with Bill Maher," with the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) demanding that she apologize. The organization called on Slotkin to denounce Maher's "long history of anti-Muslim bigotry and anti-Arab racism."

Ahead of El-Sayed's event with Piker, Slotkin told Jewish Insider that while she was not familiar with the Twitch streamers language, she was concerned by what she knew about his rhetoric.

"Any equating of all Jews or American Jews with Israel and the Israeli government is a problem right off the bat, and then it sounds like, from there, a cascading set of antisemitic tropes and just the kind of rhetoric that is — I want to read for myself, but sounds deeply antisemitic, consistently, and therefore not someone that should be helping anybody out in the Michigan political environment," Slotkin said.

In light of the criticism, CAIR and CAIR-Michigan said in the joint statement that it was "deeply hypocritical" to appear on Maher's show.

"It was deeply hypocritical for Senator Slotkin to embrace Bill Maher just days after she denounced a Muslim politician for associating with a podcaster accused of bigotry," the joint statement read. "The double standards that American Muslims face, even from a senator who represents one of our nation’s largest Muslim populations, are truly remarkable. If consistency means anything to Senator Slotkin–and if she believes hate against any of her constituents is unacceptable–she must denounce Bill Maher’s bigotry and apologize for embracing him."

While Piker did not detail his objections to Maher, CAIR laid out a series of quotes that it deemed to be problematic. In one instance, Maher said that the "results are not good" for women who have dated Arab men. In another quote, Maher said he was "alarmed" by the fact that Mohammed had become the most popular name in the U.K.

Fox News Digital reached out to Maher's representatives for comment.
