Trump’s Iran crackdown ‘suffocating’ regime as oil wells could shut within days, Bessent says

Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent said Sunday the U.S. is "suffocating" Iran’s regime using escalating financial pressure, frozen assets and a naval blockade, while predicting that oil prices could fall as more non-Iranian supply reaches the market.

Bessent said President Donald Trump ordered the Treasury to implement "economic fury" upon Iran. The U.S. is closely monitoring Iranian financial networks, offshore assets and any attempts to move money into the country to aid the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), he said.

"The way to think about that [economic fury] — we were running a marathon over the past 12 months, and now we are sprinting towards the finish line… We are suffocating the regime, and they are not able to pay their soldiers," he said on "Sunday Morning Futures."

Bessent said the U.S. had "all hands on deck," blockading Iran in a very literal sense with the Navy and economically by cracking down on the IRGC, which he called a "corrupt institution."

"They've been stealing from the Iranian people for years. They have money offshore. We've tracked that down. We will continue to track that down, and we're going to preserve those assets for the Iranian people on the other side of this conflict."

Iran’s oil infrastructure is deteriorating, he added. Storage is rapidly filling, and the regime may have to begin shutting in wells "in the next week."

He predicted this would lead to lower oil prices, pointing to the futures market, which shows that "oil prices are already lower three months, six months, nine months out," and claiming that there are "hundreds of oil tankers waiting in the Gulf to come out."

UFC CEO Dana White revealed Saturday on "My View with Lara Trump" that he and President Donald Trump are gearing up to give away tens of thousands of tickets to the first-ever planned fight at the White House in honor of both the president's birthday and the country's 250th birthday.

White said his head of production is working on UFC Freedom 250 "24/7." A temporary arena that will hold 4,300 spectators will be constructed, and Trump wants to give most of those tickets to military personnel.

White also mentioned organizers will give away 85,000 tickets to fans, who will be able to watch the fights from the Ellipse. The public park just south of the White House will be set up with huge screens, stages, music and other audience activations.

"If you are a fan of the UFC and especially if you have never been to Washington, D.C., we're going to give away about 85,000 tickets," White said.

Fans can register for those tickets completely free of charge, he said, encouraging Ultimate Fighting enthusiasts to make the trip.

Longevity expert Gary Brecka said his work with Dana White led to startling blood test results, revealing that the UFC CEO may have only had a few years left to live based on his prior lifestyle.

Brecka, who spent 20 years as a mortality-modeling expert in the insurance industry, said on "Hang Out With Sean Hannity" that people in White's inner circle "quietly" asked him to get ahold of the UFC president, reporting that he was falling asleep during important meetings.

The biohacker said he "tricked" White by telling the UFC boss he needed blood work and a genetic test to predict his life expectancy due to worries over White's symptoms, while in reality, existing medical records and demographic data could have sufficed.

He said White was experiencing sleep apnea, low blood oxygen levels, aches and pains, among other ailments. But White's blood test provided cause for concern even before the results were in.

Given the life-threatening alert, Brecka said he immediately booked a flight to White and was on the ground in Las Vegas by 9 a.m.

White was floored when Brecka rattled off a list of his symptoms based solely on his test results. It turned out the UFC president had "hyper-homocystinemia," Brecka said, or the inability to break down an amino acid called homocysteine.

Homocysteine at high levels can irritate the interior lining of the arteries, causing them to "clamp down," Brecka explained.

"And if you make the pipe smaller in a fixed system, the pressure goes up. So his [blood] pressure wasn't being driven up because there was a malfunction with the heart. It was being driven because the pipes were too small."

Because the vascular system contracted, White began experiencing hypertension. "They start to medicate the heart for a crime it's not committing," since the problem actually lay in his arteries, Brecka said.

"He wasn't going to see 65," said Brecka, based on his preliminary evaluation of White's lab results.

The FBI has already "answered" a slew of questions crucial to the probe of the White House Correspondents' Association Dinner shooting, agency Director Kash Patel revealed, telling Fox News the details will be laid out in a forthcoming criminal complaint and shared publicly at a press conference later Monday.

"I received a full briefing yesterday morning from our BAU [Behavioral Analysis Unit]," Patel shared with "Fox & Friends."

"What that does is not necessarily provide direct evidence to be utilized in court, but it examines what we have collected so far to include emails, social media postings, witness interviews, interviews with people, family, friends and neighbors, so we can provide a complete picture of this individual's mindset and intent when we make the presentment in court," he added.

"This is something the movies don't even write about, something like this, this kind of scenario, this kind of tragedy, and thankfully, the quick reaction of law enforcement... we're gonna be able to present to the world in less than 36 hours almost exactly what happened — this individual's entire background... who he knew, where he lived, who he was talking to, everything about the firearms, everything about ballistics," he added.

"As you saw, our evidence response teams were on scene so fast. That is the reason we are going to be able to present to you this material."

Pressed by co-host Lawrence Jones on whether Allen was known and profiled before the incident, Patel deferred to what will soon be disclosed to the public, noting that he is unable to "get ahead" of the Justice Department and the federal magistrate as details are prepared for public release.

"We have answered all those questions, and that's what we've been working towards. America deserves answers. President Trump has committed to transparency and accountability, and what we are doing with the team that the president has assembled is answering those questions in record speed," he reiterated.

Mentalist Oz Pearlman opened up about the chaotic moments during the weekend shooting at the White House Correspondents’ Dinner, describing the scene as "surreal" and filled with immediate fear and confusion.

"This is something nefarious and dangerous, and you feel the hairs on your neck starting to lift and, if you watch the video, it's surreal that this was 24 hours ago," Pearlman said Sunday on "One Nation with Brian Kilmeade."

Pearlman, who was with President Donald Trump at the time, said he initially struggled to process what was unfolding.

He recalled that the person next to him went down first as the situation escalated. In those first seconds, he said, he didn’t immediately think there was a shooter.

"I'm telling you this just as the way that they were coming in, it didn't look like they were going to shoot someone or watch for someone who was holding a gun," he said.

Pearlman dropped on all fours, bracing for what he thought would be an explosion.

At that point, Secret Service agents rushed to get President Trump, trying to get him down and out of harm's way.

"The most surreal moments, potentially of my life, are when President Trump goes down about a foot away from me, and we are side to side, staring into each other's eyes from a foot away," Pearlman recalled.

Moments later, Pearlman said gunshots could be heard, though it was unclear at the time whether they were coming from inside or outside the room.

As the president was rushed out, Pearlman and others on the dais dropped low and began crawling to safety, unsure if an active shooter was still inside the venue.

Once backstage, he described the scene as "controlled chaos," with armed agents flooding the area as attendees tried to determine whether anyone had been injured.

"There's guns everywhere, Secret Service is everywhere. I felt safe. I was looking for blood around and asked other people because none of us knew if POTUS or the first lady had been hit. Nobody really knew what had happened at that point," he recalled.

"I was worried about my wife because she was out in the audience to watch my show, and no phones worked either because everyone was jamming up the system at the same time trying to call, trying to text... It was crazy. It was honestly a crazy five minutes."

Chaos ensued Saturday when suspected gunman Cole Thomas Allen, 31, of Torrance, California, allegedly rushed a Secret Service checkpoint at the White House Correspondents' Dinner armed with multiple weapons.

Allen then allegedly opened fire on a Secret Service officer, who was taken to the hospital after he was shot in his ballistic vest.

Agents reportedly fired back at Allen, who was not struck. He was also taken to the hospital.

Senior federal law enforcement sources with knowledge of the investigation told Fox News that Allen told law enforcement after his arrest that he was targeting Trump administration officials.

House Majority Whip Tom Emmer, R-Minn., said Sunday that the shooting at the Washington Hilton during the White House Correspondents' Dinner underscored the need to fully fund the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), arguing that law enforcement officers performed "flawlessly" despite uncertainty surrounding their paychecks.

The congressman cast blame on Democrats for "refusing to fund some of the most important law enforcement officers in our country," like the Secret Service, TSA and Coast Guard, on "The Sunday Briefing."

"This is a big, big deal that these Democrats are literally playing with the safety of Americans — by the way, Republican, Democrat and other, it doesn't matter what your political perspective is. It's about Americans' safety," he said.

Emmer blamed Sen. Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., for putting a stop to the most recent funding bill that he said was supported by Republicans and Democrats in both chambers of Congress by "[pulling] out two pieces of the bill and [making] that a political issue."

"But you couldn't keep it on the floor because there were 3,000 people there and it was so tight. So they had to take the scooter elsewhere. And obviously, when this thing broke, they told us we had to get out. So I had a couple human crutches that were helping me escape out the side door to get to the scooter, which ultimately I rode out."

Former deputy FBI director and ex-Secret Service agent Dan Bongino said the shooting at the White House Correspondents' Dinner will likely trigger a close review of security, arguing investigators will need to examine whether the event perimeter was wide enough.

Bongino framed the incident as both a case study in the limits of event security and a reason for renewed concern about threats against President Donald Trump.

He explained on "Fox & Friends Weekend" on Sunday that presidential protection works through increasingly tight layers of vetting and control. He said security teams will now have to assess whether the outer perimeter at the dinner venue was too close to the innermost protected area.

Former deputy press secretary Harrison Fields praised President Donald Trump's strength and reassurance following the chaos at the White House Correspondents' Dinner, where panic ensued after shots were fired.

"We thank the president for his strength during a time when our nation and everyone in that immediate moment needed it," Fields said Sunday on "Fox & Friends Weekend."

Chaos broke out at the event Saturday night when suspected gunman Cole Allen reportedly stormed a security checkpoint and opened fire.

Fields described "pandemonium" in the ballroom after shots were fired and said it took more than a minute before attendees on stage, including Trump and first lady Melania Trump, were aware of the possible danger.

Despite the confusion, Fields said the president wanted to return to the stage when the threat was no longer present.

"When we heard he wanted to come back out, we all kind of chuckled and said, 'Of course he does, because that's exactly who he is.'"

"And there was not a security apparatus leading up to that point. So I think there's going to have to be a buffer. Of course, everyone can Monday morning quarterback, and we have to agree that the Secret Service and local law enforcement took immediate steps to keep us safe. But there was no real buffer, and that was one of the immediate feelings I felt as soon as I walked into the hotel."

U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia Jeanine Pirro said Thursday that a recently busted international car theft ring could steal a vehicle in less than 60 seconds without swiping keys, smashing windows or hot wiring, instead using a specialized piece of technology to "rewrite the brain" of the car.

"There's no drama. And they've got something called an Autel... that is a very simple device that literally rewrites the brain of the vehicle," Pirro said on "Fox & Friends."

The suspects in the car ring operated in Pennsylvania, Maryland and Washington, D.C. Once they successfully hacked into a car, they allegedly disabled tracking systems, including GPS and Bluetooth, to avoid detection, Pirro said.

They then transported them to a "cooling off zone," like a Marriott hotel in Pennsylvania or another location in D.C.'s Navy Yard, Pirro said, where license plates and VINs were swapped, before the cars were allegedly loaded onto transport carriers at ports in Savannah, Georgia, and Baltimore, Maryland.

"These cars are then transported to Africa. And they put them on these cargo holders where they label the holder 'Furniture' so that it doesn't get the scrutiny that it would normally get if it were labeled 'Vehicles,'" said Pirro.

Pirro on Wednesday announced a 15-count federal indictment targeting the ring, which she said uses Autels to recalibrate a vehicle’s internal computer, allowing them to program a blank key fob instead of using more traditional methods to steal cars.

Hondas are the most popular make of car to steal in the U.S., she said, adding that authorities are pursuing about 100 more vehicles in connection with the auto theft ring.

"Bang, less than 60 seconds, the car is gone. It's cooled off, transported and then shipped to Africa. No one is looking in the container, and they're making a fortune," Pirro stressed.

New DOJ allegations against the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) drew sharp criticism from FBI Director Kash Patel and civil rights activist Bob Woodson, who said the case appeared to show the group that claims to fight extremism was instead helping fuel it.

In an exclusive interview on "Hannity" Wednesday, Patel called the case the "ultimate definition of hypocrisy."

"The Southern Poverty Law Center ran a methodical, calculated scheme to defraud their donor base of $3 million and lied to them and used an illicit banking structure system to create shell companies to hide their money and who it was being sent to, specifically for the reason to sow discord and hate into our society."

He contended that the indictment against the SPLC claims the organization funded at least eight hate groups that it supposedly wanted to eliminate.

Woodson, founder of the Woodson Center, a nonprofit seeking to empower community leaders to reduce crime and revitalize underserved communities, said Wednesday on "The Will Cain Show" that charges against the SPLC were "just the tip of the iceberg."

People who claim to fight for civil rights can become corrupt when "they ask which problems are fundable, not which ones are solvable," Woodson continued.

He said so-called civil rights organizations' emphasis on grievances and greed is "much more insidious than what you're witnessing here," asserting that the biggest challenge to low-income communities is not race relations, but rather "the disintegration of these communities as a consequence of the neglect of those who are supposed to be in charge."

"The greatest suppressor, for instance, of the votes in these communities is not voter ID. It's apathy. Less than 10% of low-income Blacks in these high-crime areas around the country even come out the vote because they don't believe that the people who are in office represent them," Woodson said.

Patel and Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche announced a sweeping indictment Tuesday against the SPLC, accusing the far-left nonprofit of fraudulently paying more than $3 million in donations to at least eight individuals associated with violent extremist groups, including the Ku Klux Klan, United Klans of America, the Nationalist Socialist Movement, Unite the Right, Aryan Nations-affiliated Sadistic Souls Motorcycle Club and more.

SPLC's CEO Bryan Fair addressed the probe in a video message posted online, arguing the Trump administration has "made no secret who they want to protect and who they want to destroy."

In a subsequent statement from Fair sent to Fox News Digital, he added in part that he was "outraged by the false allegations levied against SPLC" and that its work monitoring extremist groups "saved lives."

"The actions by the DOJ will not shake our resolve to fight for justice and ensure the promise of the Civil Rights movement becomes a reality for all," Fair continued in his comment to Fox News Digital. "SPLC will vigorously defend ourselves, our staff and our work; we will continue to fight hate; and we will continue to envision and create a safer and more just world."

Researcher believes Noah's Ark found in Turkey after new underground scans

Researchers working in Turkey say fresh scan data uncovered what appear to be tunnels inside a long-debated landform, bolstering their case that the site may be a manmade object that they believe to be Noah’s Ark.

Noah's Ark Scans researcher Andrew Jones told "Fox & Friends First" on Wednesday that he believes the peculiar formation near Mount Ararat is the real deal.

"I do believe that this is the real, decayed, buried remains of Noah's Ark, the famous ship. And we're doing our best to convince the skeptics and show the world this site," he said.

Jones said his team's latest work has revealed tunnels in the landform suggestive of a manmade structure.

"Our new research has shown that there are tunnels about four meters down and about two meters high, going down the center of the boat and on the inside edge of the hull shape," he said.

"We really believe that this layout, showing tunnels and also possible support beams and walls, would suggest that it's a manmade object and not just a natural formation."

Many geologists disagree, saying the remote site just a mile from the Iranian border is nothing more than a hill. But Jones said the Bible states the Ark landed in the area, that the dimensions of the site also match the biblical description and that the soil inside the formation showed remarkable results in testing.

"We have the ship shape, and we're in the right location, and now we're also seeing that the soil inside is different from right outside the formation. So we have three times more organic matter found inside versus right outside. So it's a distinct object and not just part of the mountainside."

To Jones, this suggests the remains of ancient biological or manmade substances.

The next phase, he said, would be sending a robot into the tunnels to film and collect samples, rather than beginning excavation.

The research must proceed with caution because, according to the Noah's Ark Scans website, "archaeology is a destructive science."

"Once you dig a hole and remove material, you can’t put it back. Having the best data as to where to excavate is key, and that is where geophysical scans and core drilling come into play. ... Excavations would follow after this is done."

"We're going to be integrating our list of medications there. We're looking to bring manufacturing from overseas for generics to Dallas, so there's so many things we're doing with the administration that I think will really accelerate [cost reduction]," he added.

Cuban said the mission is simple — to make all aspects of maintaining good health inexpensive, starting with medications and then going "across the board" to all healthcare.

Cuban also shared how his platform is revolutionizing the drug business as is, explaining that the medications' dramatically lower costs compared to market rates stem from a basic manufacturing cost, a 15% markup to keep the business running, a $5 pharmacy labor fee and a roughly $5 shipping cost.

Retired Lt. Gen. Keith Kellogg is urging the U.S. to "finish the job" against Iran, calling for the seizure of strategic islands, crippling its energy sector and arming insurgents inside the country after a fragile ceasefire was extended in a bid to keep negotiations alive.

"Let’s not negotiate anymore. Let’s just walk away. Let’s finish the job," Kellogg said Tuesday on "Hannity."

Kellogg, who previously served as a special envoy for Ukraine and Russia under the Trump administration, argued that Iran’s damaged leadership and economic collapse present an opportunity to intensify pressure rather than pursue diplomacy.

He highlighted Iran’s "fractured" command structure as a point of weakness, arguing that the U.S. should compound pressure through economic and military means to force the regime to "buckle."

Skydiver who crashed into Virginia Tech scoreboard says jumbotron saved lives

A skydiver who crashed into the scoreboard at Virginia Tech on Saturday said the structure saved his life and the lives of fans after sudden wind gusts pushed him off course and left him hanging above Lane Stadium.

Pasha Palanker, a veteran parachutist and Purple Heart recipient, told "Fox & Friends First" on Tuesday that gusts of wind much stronger than anticipated nearly sent him, along with the massive American flag attached to him and its anchor, careening into the stands at the spring football game.

"That 1,100-square-foot flag is anchored by a 26-pound weight, which — that would have hurt some of the fans sitting in the stands," he said.

"And as I was looking for a way out to land somewhere outside the stadium, a crosswind shear gusting at 27 knots which is — our limit is 14 knots — picked up that flag as you see in the video and sent me into that jumbotron."

Palanker said he has performed more than 1,100 jumps and has never experienced anything like this. He said the jump would have been canceled if the windy weather had been forecast.

"This is not something you can train for," he remarked.

His arm is now in a sling due to shoulder injuries he sustained in the crash, but he said it could have been much worse.

He had to release the flag to prevent it from getting caught in the wind and dragging him to the ground, he told Fox News, and then he had to make sure the parachute itself didn't inflate again.

House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer, R-Ky., is raising questions about possible felony conduct with Minnesota Democratic Rep. Ilhan Omar’s finances after a glaring discrepancy between an initial disclosure listing up to $30 million in net worth and a revised filing showing less than $100,000.

"Who makes a multimillion-dollar mistake on their financial disclosure form?" Comer asked Monday on "Hannity."

"Either her accountant went to one of those 'Quality Learing Centers' in Minnesota, or she lied about it," he continued, mocking an allegedly fraudulent Minneapolis daycare whose sign was notoriously misspelled.

"If she lied about it, that’s a felony."

Omar's office said the congresswoman is not a millionaire and blamed a major accounting error for the discrepancy.

"While the error is, of course, unfortunate, there is nothing untoward, and nothing illegal has occurred," the attorney said in part.

Fox News Digital previously reached out to Omar's office for additional comment regarding the matter but did not receive a response.

"You review that financial disclosure form. Before you hit enter, you enter all the assets in, and then it pops up and you review it, and you hit it again, so it's highly unlikely that she made the mistake.

Nancy Grace is sounding the alarm over what she calls a troubling "pattern" in the deaths and disappearances of 11 scientists, pointing to shared national security work, missing autopsies and unexplained similarities.

"There is a global race to attain and implement the knowledge that these scientists — all of them having the very highest clearance possible and national security — there was a race and a competition to get their knowledge and be able to implement it," Grace said during a "Hannity" appearance Monday.

Grace argued that several of the cases share striking overlaps, including connections to sensitive research and, in some instances, links to the U.S. Air Force Research Laboratory.

She said some of the scientists were working on advanced technologies ranging from heat-resistant materials to propulsion systems.

Grace's concerns come as lingering questions surround the disappearances and deaths of multiple high-profile scientists in recent years, prompting House lawmakers to push for answers.

At least 11 people have either died or vanished since 2022. The vast majority were involved in nuclear science and space research, with some connected to the study of Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAPs).

Hicks' and Maiwald's causes of death remain unknown. Two of the other scientists were shot and killed while one died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound, and another's body was discovered in a Massachusetts lake three months after he was last seen walking from his home late at night.

Kyle Busch said life on the NASCAR circuit can feel like a "traveling trailer park," but that doesn't mean he feels neighborly toward his fellow drivers. They are his competition, not his friends, he said on "Hang Out With Sean Hannity."

Busch said he spent a lot of time around other NASCAR drivers as they moved from one race to the next.

"We're a traveling circus... or a traveling trailer park, whichever you want to call it, because we're in the same motor home lot every single weekend," he told Sean Hannity on Tuesday's podcast episode.

Busch pointed out that a lot of the drivers who were friendly with one another grew up racing together. Even his own 10-year-old son made friends at the racetrack, he said. But not Busch.

ROTC cadets say training kicked in after Old Dominion University shooter killed 'heroic' instructor

Army ROTC cadets at Old Dominion University are speaking out about the deadly campus shooting that killed their instructor, recounting how he "gave his own life" to protect them and how their training helped them respond.

"The team put together and worked together to face the threat head on, and through the heroic actions of Lt. Col. Shah, a lot of preventable loss was... prevented," cadet Wesley Myers told "Fox & Friends" on Monday in an exclusive interview.

Myers, along with fellow cadets, Liam Clement and Oshea Bego, recounted the harrowing experience, describing how what began as a routine class turned into something sinister when gunman Mohamed Jalloh entered the classroom.

Jalloh repeatedly and nervously asked if the class was ROTC, according to prior reporting and, upon confirmation, reportedly shouted "Allahu akbar" and began firing at Lt. Col. Brandon Shah.

According to the cadets, Shah immediately confronted the shooter, ultimately sacrificing his life to stop the attack.

"Shah closed the distance with the shooter and gave his own life to take him down," Clement recalled.

The cadets said their ROTC training kicked in almost instantly, allowing them to respond both tactically and medically in the chaotic aftermath.

Rep. Tom Emmer, R-Minn., sharply criticized "Squad" Rep. Ilhan Omar as a "complete fraud" on Saturday, while discussing her criticism of fraud investigations and scrutiny over a major discrepancy in her financial disclosures.

"Not only should her accountant be fired, but that girl should be fired and she does not deserve to be in Congress," Emmer told "The Big Weekend Show."

Emmer’s remarks specifically zeroed in on the controversy surrounding Omar’s financial disclosures, which recently drew scrutiny after a filing appeared to dramatically overstate her net worth.

Omar's office has denied that she is a millionaire and blamed the discrepancy on a major accounting error after a congressional financial disclosure listed her assets as high as $30 million, prompting questions from Republicans and a congressional watchdog.

An amended filing reviewed by The Wall Street Journal shows Omar and her husband’s assets were between $18,004 and $95,000, a sharp drop from an earlier disclosure that estimated their holdings between $6 million and $30 million.

Fox News Digital previously reached out to Omar’s office for additional comment on the matter but did not hear back.

House Oversight Committee Chairman Rep. James Comer, R-Ky., similarly criticized Omar during an appearance Sunday, telling "Fox & Friends Weekend" that he has been pushing the House Ethics Committee to investigate the matter.

"We're not supposed to do that [investigate it] on the Oversight Committee, but because she's a person of interest in the Somali fraud, I've been trying to get that," Comer said.

"Now that this financial disclosure form has been changed, I think the Ethics Committee has a lot of questions for her, and we're going to continue to push them to make sure that she has to answer them."

U.S. Ambassador to the U.N. Michael Waltz said Saturday on "My View with Lara Trump" that the Trump administration has created the "best chance in our lifetime" to break Hezbollah’s grip on Lebanon, arguing Iran and its proxies are on the defensive after a series of aggressive U.S. moves.

Waltz pointed to recent developments, including the political alignment of Lebanon under President Joseph Aoun, "who's trying to do the right thing," Israel's military crackdown on Hezbollah and the first-ever direct talks between Lebanon and Israel, expressing hope for peace.

"I think we can take full advantage of [these conditions] and finally get this region back to where it was in President Trump's first term, which is back to the peaceful Abraham Accords," he said.

"Getting rid of Iran and its nefarious, malicious attacks all over the region, including trying to assassinate President Trump right here at home, will finally, finally allow us to focus on other places around the world and get us back to the extension of the Abraham Accords."

"I was just on the Senate this week. And, you know, critics were hand-wringing over some mean tweets and maybe an F-bomb from the president. But you know what? What do you say to a regime that is yelling ‘Death to America’ at every turn?"

"And you know what? It worked. It got them back to the table," he said.

Still, Iran's willingness to negotiate is unclear. Waltz said Iran's foreign ministry is in conflict with the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC).

"The foreign minister says it's [the Strait of Hormuz] is open. The IRGC says it's closed. Regardless, it's the U.S. Navy and President Trump as the commander-in-chief that decides what ultimately comes in and comes out. And I think the bigger picture here is that the Iranian regime cannot hold the entire world's economy hostage," Waltz said in a Sunday interview on "Meet the Press."

"They cannot mete out collective punishment because of a dispute over its nuclear program," he continued.

Comer warns ‘something sinister’ may be behind deaths, disappearances of 11 nuclear, space-linked scientists

House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer, R-Ky., warned Sunday that "something sinister could be happening" after 11 scientists mainly tied to the U.S. nuclear and space research programs reportedly died or went missing under mysterious circumstances, raising urgent national security concerns.

Comer said on "Fox & Friends Weekend" that when he first heard about the disappearances, they sounded like "some kind of crazy conspiracy theory." But the details of the case changed his mind and prompted him to alert multiple government agencies.

"We've put a notice out to the Department of War, to the FBI, to NASA, to the Department of Energy, that we want to know everything that they know about what happened with these scientists, because those four agencies were predominantly the agencies that those 11 individuals were affiliated with. And we want to try to piece this together."

Comer plans to bring the leaders of these offices before Congress, but said he sent the letters first to allow them time to ensure their testimony would not compromise any potentially classified investigations.

He said he hoped anyone with information would bring it to the Oversight Committee, and that anyone affiliated with America's nuclear program should be on alert, given the possible security risks to the nation.

Additionally, the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) previously told Fox News Digital it is looking into the cases.

UFO documentary director says US is at a 'turning point' for extraterrestrial exploration

Dan Farah thinks the world is at a "turning point in human history" as it pertains to extraterrestrial life.

"The truth is finally coming out that humanity is not the only intelligent life in the universe," the director and producer of "The Age of Disclosure" told "Special Report" anchor Bret Baier.

Farah’s 2024 documentary featured 34 different US officials, including Secretary of State Marco Rubio, Rep. Anna Paulina Luna, R-Fla., and former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper. The film focuses on an alleged government cover-up of non-human life and Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAPs).

In February, President Donald Trump posted that he would order various government agencies to "begin the process of identifying and releasing Government files related to alien and extraterrestrial life."

The pledge came after former President Barack Obama went viral for saying that aliens are "real, but I haven’t seen them" on a podcast.

"I think that we’re entering this age in which the U.S. government will start to reveal all it has learned over the last 80 years about this," he said.

Rep. Tim Burchett, R-Tenn., urged President Trump to release all government files related to UFOs and aliens.

"Peel back the layers of that onion, let America decide if we can handle it. I think we can handle it," Burchett told "The Big Weekend Show" earlier this month.

GOVERNMENT WITHHOLDING INFORMATION ON UFOS FROM THE PUBLIC, GOP REP SAYS

The information he’s been briefed on, Burchett said, is "pretty wild."

Many senior members of the military, intelligence community and government have been "extremely definitive" in saying that the evidence that we are not alone in the universe exists, Farah said.

He also cited the alleged identification of UAP, detected over the years around the world. The discoveries from this technology, a clip from the documentary shows, could have an impact on clean energy and be a breakthrough for interstellar travel and teleportation.

"These UAP are displaying flight performance characteristics that we don’t have the ability to do currently," Farah said. "The technology being displayed could completely revolutionize the way we live."

"This is the biggest issue of our time."
