It’s not officially your birthday until your spouse posts a touching tribute on social media about how awesome of a person you are. Those are the times we live in and the rules that have somehow penetrated our society. It didn't happen until it's on social media.

Being a 50-year-old man doesn’t exclude you from participating in this ritual. Neither does being a celebrity, which is how you connect with regular folk. Look no further than Travis Barker, who has the added pressure to cover all his bases by being married to a Kardashian.

The last thing the blink-182 drummer needs is to get on Kris Jenner’s bad side and have her breathing down his neck. Who knows what kind of wrath would be unleashed if you swing and miss on a birthday tribute to a Kardashian. It's better to never find out.

So when his wife Kourtney Kardashian turned 47 on Saturday, he made sure to mark the occasion on Instagram. Barker, 50, shared his heartfelt Instagram post with a toe sucking picture just like everyone else does.

"Happy Birthday my beautiful wife. I love you forever and ever," he wrote in the caption of the post. "Thank you for being such an amazing woman, an incredible wife, and the best mom to our humans. I feel so grateful to spend this life with you."

The touching post had more than a dozen pictures to back up those claims about his wife, including the last one that has Kourtney’s toe in his mouth. He knew he nailed that birthday tribute to the mother of one of his children the second he posted it.

Barker didn’t let the pressure of being married to a Kardashian get to him. He didn’t decide to be an out of touch celebrity and only post pictures of them in front of expensive vehicles or attending fancy events for the rich and famous. He told his wife happy birthday while staying grounded.

It's not easy to do, but credit to him. He wishes his wife a happy birthday the same way you do. A heartfelt post, some lovely pictures of the two of you together, and one of her toes in your mouth.

Texas Whataburger becomes scene of wild brawl as women trade punches and pull hair across the dining area

The dining area of a Texas Whataburger played host to another viral brawl over the weekend.

The footage captured of the chaos shows several women trading punches, pulling hair, and absolutely kicking the crap out of each other all over the restaurant's dining area. It's the type of scene you don’t want to get caught in the middle of while taking your family out for something to eat.

Unlike the instant classic that took place back in February at a location in Paris, Texas, where a manager beat an attacker with a trash can, this one went down a few hours away in Waco, Texas and didn’t involve any of the restaurant’s employees.

In fact, some of the employees were too busy watching and recording the action with their phones to get involved or even make an attempt to break things up. There weren’t any fry baskets to the head deployed in the middle of this chaos and it doesn’t appear as if any trash cans were used either.

The approach applied to this melee was more of a punch and stomp each other until you get tired and decide you’ve had enough excitement for one visit. This was an early morning brawl that left hair scattered across the floor and welts upon at least one of the heads, although there were likely more.

According to TMZ, who spoke to the Waco Police, officers responded to the Whataburger location just before 6 am on Sunday morning. It’s not known if this is how the day started for the ladies or how they were finishing up a really, really long night, because by the time officers arrived on the scene, they were all gone.

They don’t even know why the fight broke out in the first place.

All the police have is the viral video of the nearly two minute brawl, which they’re aware of and should provide enough evidence if any of the women decide they have to pay this particular Whataburger location another visit.

Paige Spiranac provides an update on 'Great Cans' saga, fan's still MIA but others have picked up the slack

In March, Paige Spiranac decided it was time to show some love to her biggest fan. He had shown up day in and day out on post after post showing his support for her work.

He left a simple two words that meant the world to the world’s No. 1 golf influencer, "great cans." She wrote at the time, "There is this guy who comments ‘great cans’ on everything I post. In a world full of hate and despair I know he will always be there for me to lift my spirits."

She added, "He's never missed a post for years."

Little did Paige know, but the love she showed for him that day put an end to his incredible streak. A few days after giving her biggest fan the credit he deserved she shared news that she described as "devastating."

He hadn’t sent her a "great cans" message since the day she mentioned him. There are some who will speculate that he got spooked by the mention of his existence.

I’m choosing to believe, and I truly hope I’m right, that he had one goal in mind when he started his great cans campaign and that was to one day be recognized publicly for his work.

He has simply ridden off into the sunset after receiving the praise from Paige. He didn’t need to be identified by name or anything, what she did was enough. It was a home run in his final at bat.

Thankfully, she shared after the great cans guy’s disappearance, that the void he left behind was quickly filled by the rest of her fans. A validating moment that all is not lost in this world.

During a Q&A with her Instagram followers on Monday, Paige was asked for an update on the guy whose legacy lives on through her other fans. Someone wrote, "What happened to great cans guy?"

She confirmed that he’s still missing in action. He hasn’t responded to a post since she mentioned that a fan of hers was consistently leaving the heartwarming comments.

"Ever since I posted that he has not messaged me at all," Paige said. "And it has been absolutely devastating because I was not making fun of him. I actually just thought that it was so funny and I liked it. The consistency was there."

She continued, "He’s disappeared, I don’t know where he is and he hasn’t commented. But you guys have picked up the pieces because I’m getting great cans left and right and I love it."
