Jeffries brags about Dem obstruction against Trump as he defends Kushner meeting

House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries, D-N.Y., said in a video issued on Monday that he accepted President Donald Trump's son-in-law Jared Kushner's request for a meeting.

The congressman said he "took it to discuss the affordability crisis that exists that is not a hoax."

Jeffries issued the video after reports of a meeting between him and Kushner sparked some left-wing backlash. They reportedly talked about possible issues of common ground

Muslim Brotherhood-linked networks embedded across Canadian institutions, new report alleges

A new report is warning that networks aligned with the Muslim Brotherhood have become deeply embedded in Canada, raising concerns that Islamist influence taking root north of the border could pose a broader threat to the U.S. and Western democracies.

A report from the Institute for the Study of Global Antisemitism and Policy (ISGAP) revealed ties between Muslim Brotherhood-aligned groups and Canadian democratic institutions, civil society, electoral politics and higher education, demonstrating similarities with other activist movements in the West, a phenomenon some analysts have described as the "red-green alliance."

"Canada's challenge is not simply the presence of individual extremist voices or isolated institutional weakness. The report maps how interconnected ideological networks acquire legitimacy, institutional access, public funding, political influence and protection from scrutiny," Charles Asher Small, the research institute's executive director, told Fox News Digital.

Small warned that Canadian democracy traditionally has been rooted in openness, notions of citizenship, civil liberties and public trust but has since faced a dynamic of malign foreign influence that could promote ideological entryism, antisemitism and efforts to weaken democratic accountability.

The roughly 200-page report, titled, "Assault on Democratic Values and Principles: How Islamist Entryism Weakens Civil Society and Higher Education in Canada," claimed "numerous apparent links" between the Muslim Association of Canada, a nonprofit based in Mississauga, Canada, and the Muslim Brotherhood, an organization established in Egypt in 1928 by ideologue Hasan al-Banna as part of a wider vision to create a global Islamic caliphate governing nations with rigid interpretations of Islamic law, rules and regulations from the majority Sunni sect.

The report alleged that leaders of the Muslim Association of Canada, one of the largest Muslim charitable organizations in Canada, operating mosques, community centers, schools and educational programs, were "directly or indirectly" associated with the Muslim Brotherhood and that those relationships could influence the charitable organization’s activities.

"The ISGAP report is nothing more than recycled Islamophobic tropes dressed up as research. It is a biased, unsubstantiated hit piece that relies on discredited allegations that were themselves challenged by the Ontario Superior Court for their apparent bias," the Muslim Association of Canada told Fox News Digital in a statement.

"The CRA audit has been completed. Preliminary questions raised around any links to the Muslim Brotherhood were dismissed from the CRA’s final conclusion," the statement added. "MAC is a solely independent Canadian organization. The ISGAP report amplifies narratives designed to fuel Islamophobia and sow division within Canadian society."

Canadian tax authorities clashed with the Muslim Association of Canada in a 2023 audit, saying that there were indications of ties to the Muslim Brotherhood. The association denied these claims, citing systemic bias and "Islamophobia."

The Canada Revenue Agency ultimately did not revoke the Muslim Association of Canada’s tax-exempt charitable status.

The report alleged that Canadian groups affiliated with the Muslim Brotherhood assisted in influencing Canada’s election system, noting how a coordinated "Vote Palestine" campaign secured endorsements from 344 candidates across four political parties in Canada in the 2025 cycle.

Fox News Digital sat down with Small, who said the report’s findings served as a warning sign for potential influence in the U.S.

"The radical left wants to weaken Western or American hegemony, as does radical political Islam," Small explained. "Radical political Islam wants to rid the Islamic world of any influence of the United States, of Europe, of Christianity, of Judaism in its region to ethnically cleanse it."

U.S. government officials in the Trump administration repeatedly have been critical of the Muslim Brotherhood.

Back in January, the Treasury Department designated Egyptian and Jordanian branches of the Muslim Brotherhood as Specially Designated Global Terrorists. In July, the Trump administration sanctioned a senior Egyptian Muslim Brotherhood official who the Treasury Department alleged helped finance Hamas’s military wing.

"The Trump administration will relentlessly pursue terrorists and those who finance them," Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent said in a statement in July. "Whether operating under the guise of charities, businesses or underground financial networks, those who enable Hamas will be exposed, sanctioned and held accountable."

The ISGAP report called on the Canadian government to make policy changes to reduce the influence that groups aligned with the Muslim Brotherhood have had in the election system and traditional institutions.

Every year in the modern era of college football, dozens of head coaches go into the season on what we like to call a "hot seat."

This means there's a very good chance that they don't make it through the end of the season, and 2026 is no exception.

After witnessing an absolutely historic coaching carousel in 2025 that saw job openings at perennial powerhouse programs like LSU, Florida, and Penn State, the expectation is that this year's carousel will take a step back.

RANKING THE TEN BEST COLLEGE FOOTBALL COACHES IN THE COUNTRY AHEAD OF THE 2026 SEASON

However, that doesn't mean we won't see plenty of premiere programs in the market for head coaches by the end of the season, as teams like Florida State, South Carolina, and Baylor all have coaches with exceedingly hot seats heading into the fall.

The question is: who will replace those head coaches once they're given the boot?

A lot of marquee names from the last hiring cycle are just now settling into their new digs, so some of these once-proud programs might have to find their next captain to steer the ship from some unlikely places.

Here are a few names that you might not know just yet, but could be coaching at big-time programs in 2027.

Jeff Traylor (UTSA Roadrunners)

When you think of stable, winning college football programs, your mind probably doesn't immediately go to the UTSA Roadrunners, but that is precisely what head coach Jeff Traylor has turned them into.

He guided the Roadrunners to two of the best seasons in program history in 2021 and 2022, which included their first appearance in the AP Poll and first conference championship, and has three straight bowl victories to boot.

Aside from a two-year stint as Arkansas' running backs coach, Traylor has spent his entire career in the Lone Star State, and that is significant for the sole fact that a job could be opening up just three hours north on I-35.

I mentioned Baylor having a coach on the hot seat, and if the Bears decide to pull the trigger and fire Dave Aranda, I believe Traylor should be one of their first calls.

He has deep ties to the state of Texas and even coached high school football for a decade and a half at powerhouse Gilmer, which could help a ton with recruiting in-state talent.

It feels like Traylor is ready for a step up to the big-leagues of Power 4 football, and Baylor seems like the logical choice to make that transition as comfortable as possible.

Willie Fritz (Houston Cougars)

Staying in the Lone Star State, the Houston Cougars are coming off a brilliant 2025 campaign in which they won ten games and finished in the top-25 of the AP Poll, and the man they have to thank for that is head coach Willie Fritz.

If you aren't familiar with Fritz, you certainly remember his former team, the Tulane Green Wave, upsetting Lincoln Riley's USC Trojans in the Cotton Bowl back in 2022.

That's right, before Jon Sumrall was leading Tulane to the College Football Playoff, Fritz had them busting down the doors of a New Year's Six Bowl.

Fritz has won everywhere he's gone and turned things around quickly, too.

His six-win jump at Houston from year one to year two was impressive, and if he continues that trajectory and has the Cougars in the Playoff conversation in year three, he could have his pick of any opening in the country.

A program like Wisconsin - one that needs to get back to its winning ways quickly - would be smart to have their people call Fritz's people should things not work out with current head coach Luke Fickell.

Eric Morris (Oklahoma State Cowboys)

Okay, I know Eric Morris probably hasn't even finished unboxing his stuff at his new house in Stillwater, but the man is going to be the hottest name of the 2026 coaching carousel.

You can write that down in Sharpie if you want.

His explosive air raid offenses at Incarnate Word and Washington State got him his first FBS coaching job with the North Texas Mean Green, which he then parlayed into a Power 4 gig with Oklahoma State after a spectacular 2025 campaign.

Now that he's in the "big leagues," every power program in the country is going to come snapping at him, and I believe his star will only shine brighter after another year of explosive offense, this time in the Big 12.

Morris and his old Mean Green signal caller, Drew Mestemaker, will short circuit a ton of scoreboards this year, and some program with deep pockets is going to force the 40-year-old Oklahoma State head coach to say no.

Money talks, and if the right offer comes along, one season in Stillwater could be enough for Morris.

Regardless, even if he doesn't leave, every team with a fired head coach is going to make sure Eric Morris is the first name they offer in their job search.

Tony Annese (Ferris State Bulldogs)

Who!?

We are going very off the radar for this one, but the logic is sound.

Tony Annese just wins. Google him.

No wait, that's someone else, but the parallels between Annese and Indiana head coach and God-emperor of college football, Curt Cignetti, are striking.

Cignetti spent several seasons at lower division schools like IUP, Elon, and James Madison before getting a big-time gig with the Hoosiers, and his propensity for dominating lower-tier leagues translated nicely once he got to a power conference.

Annese has a similar track record, compiling gaudy win-loss numbers at high school and junior college programs before getting a head coaching gig at Division II Ferris State.

Ever since arriving in Big Rapids, Michigan, in 2012, Annese has rewritten every record book for the program and has taken Ferris State to staggering heights.

He's a three-time Division II Coach of the Year winner and has guided the Bulldogs to four of the last five DII national championships.

Oh, and he once discovered a quarterback by the name of Trinidad Chambliss and coached him for a few seasons before sending him off to terrorize the SEC.

Yes, he's a little longer in the tooth, but he's also the same age as, you guessed it, Coach Cig.

Am I guaranteeing Annese goes to Florida State or South Carolina and starts blitzing his way to national titles? No.

But his resume looks oddly familiar to the guy who is doing just that in Bloomington, and one of these programs that is looking to zig while everyone else zags owes it to their fans to try something different.

A spectator's courtroom conduct in the Lindsay Clancy trial proceedings has gone viral after video appears to show the woman grin and wink at the camera providing the livestream.

Toward the end of the proceedings, a camera pans over to the spectators and as they are ordered to stand up, a woman in a green dress appears to smile then wink at the camera as it pans away.

The woman appears to be Brittany Romano, who, according to her professional website, is a New York City-based journalist who contributes to magazines "Elle," "Cosmopolitan" and "Teen Vogue" to name a few.

Tyler Robinson's lawyers seek camera ban for Sept. 1 hearing, say case is not a 'reality TV show'

Tyler Robinson's attorneys are again asking the judge to ban cameras from the courtroom, this time alleging that cameras and streaming of his upcoming Sept. 1 hearing risk turning the case into a "reality TV show."

"The media presence in the courtroom both distracts and places added pressure on hearing participants to present for the media, as opposed to focusing on the facts, evidence, and mechanics of the hearing," Robinson's attorneys, Kathy Nester, Michael Burt, Richard Novak and Staci Visser, wrote in one of two Saturday court filings. "Mr. Robinson’s case is not and should not be made into a reality TV show."

The defense is arguing that livestreams and other images from the hearing could bias the public against their client by showing evidence that may not be admissible at trial later.

Both of the filings also included redacted paragraphs after Robinson's lawyers alleged that, "Additional evidence of bias developing as a result of the widespread publication of this case can be tracked in real time."

Robinson is the man accused of assassinating Charlie Kirk, 31, at a Turning Point USA event in Orem, Utah, last year. Kirk was shot and killed while speaking to a crowd of thousands at Utah Valley University on Sept. 10, 2025.

The defense argued that only a single shot was fired, from an elevated position. It traveled over the crowd, rather than through it, and it only struck Kirk.

Prosecutors countered that Robinson was a bad shot, one who "seldom hit the bullseye and sometimes misses the target completely" when practicing shooting with the suspected murder weapon.

Reese set the WNBA record when she recorded 26 rebounds in the Atlanta Dream’s 78-71 win over the Los Angeles Sparks on Monday at Crypto.com Arena, the most rebounds in a single game in league history. Reese struggled from the field, shooting 4 of 14, but was able to get a lot of her own misses, as she had eight offensive rebounds.

"Last time I was here, I didn’t miss any shots. Tonight I couldn’t hit (anything) so I knew I was going be able to get them on the rebounding side," Reese told the postgame show. "I just want to be there for my team. Offensively, defensively, whatever it takes to win."

Air Force officer who died in Alaska plane crash remembered as 'positive leader'

A 23-year-old Air Force officer killed alongside seven others in a charter plane crash in remote western Alaska last week is being remembered as a "positive leader" who served with "professionalism, compassion and purpose."

The Air Force identified 2nd Lt. Leah R. Borsich on Monday as one of the victims of the Aug. 20 crash near the Cape Newenham Long Range Radar Site Airport, about 450 miles west-southwest of Anchorage. Borsich was a project programmer with the 611th Civil Engineer Squadron at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson.

"Lt. Borsich was a positive leader who brought tremendous energy and enthusiasm to our command," Col. Timothy Meerstein, commander of the Pacific Air Forces Regional Support Center, said in a statement.

"She led with professionalism, compassion and purpose, and her presence strengthened the bonds between the people around her," Meerstein said. "She made a lasting impact on our team, and we are grateful for her service and commitment to our nation."

The Cessna 441 was carrying two pilots and six passengers when it crashed west of Cape Newenham at about 12:15 p.m. Thursday. All eight people aboard were killed.

The charter plane had taken off from Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport and was headed to Cape Newenham when it crashed during its second approach to the gravel runway in heavy fog, according to federal officials.

The pilots could not see the runway and were flying by instruments, Clint Johnson, the National Transportation Safety Board’s Alaska region chief, said Friday. They aborted their first landing attempt because of poor visibility before crashing on the second approach.

An observation system near the airport reported fog and visibility of about 10 miles shortly before the crash. About 15 minutes later, visibility had fallen to less than a quarter-mile, according to the National Weather Service.

Search teams later found fragmented wreckage from the twin-engine plane, also known as a Cessna Conquest.

The Air Force said an Army member, contractors and crew members with Anchorage-based airplane charter company Security Aviation were also among those killed.

"We also mourn the loss of our Army and contractor teammates and extend our deepest appreciation to the Security Aviation aircrew, whose professionalism and dedication are vital to our mission," Meerstein said. "Their service and sacrifice will not be forgotten."

Security Aviation, which operated the flight, said it was "heartbroken" by the crash.

"Our hearts go out to the families, friends and loved ones of those who were lost," the company said in a statement posted to Facebook. "We extend our deepest condolences to them and to everyone affected by this devastating tragedy."

Security Aviation thanked the military, Alaska Rescue Coordination Center and search-and-recovery teams that responded after the crash. The company said it is cooperating with the investigation and would not speculate about the cause.

"Our focus at this time is on those who are grieving and on supporting our employees and others affected by this tremendous loss," the company said.

In addition to the pilots, those aboard included two U.S. Army Corps of Engineers employees and four contractors. Two of the contractors worked for Calista Brice, which provides construction, engineering, logistics and other services in remote areas.

Cape Newenham is part of a network of remote radar sites that monitors aircraft operating in Alaska’s airspace and along its borders. The site, built in the 1950s as part of an early-warning network against a potential Soviet attack, now monitors the skies off Alaska’s coast in the direction of Russia, North Korea and China.

Borsich’s name was released after her family had been notified. The Alaska State Troopers will release the names of the victims who were not affiliated with the Department of War, the Air Force said.

Lt. Gen. Robert Davis, who leads Alaskan Command, the Alaskan North American Aerospace Defense Command Region and Eleventh Air Force, previously described those aboard as "dedicated professionals carrying out a vital mission in a demanding environment."

"This is a devastating loss for our military family and the communities we serve," Davis said after the crash.

Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton called the Democratic Party’s current "experiment" amid the rise of democratic socialist candidates "healthy," drawing swift conservative backlash from critics who accused her of embracing the party’s socialist wing.

"The Democratic Party right now is, I think, going through a kind of experiment, like who can actually respond particularly to young people's very real concerns about where they are at this point in their lives and what kind of future do they have for themselves? I think that is healthy," said Clinton.

PGA Tour is finally bringing match play to its postseason beginning in 2028 in no-brainer decision

Finally, after years of begging from golf fans, the PGA Tour is introducing match play to its postseason beginning in 2028.

In June, the Tour announced that it will roll out an entirely new competitive structure starting in 2028 with two different tracks, the PGA Tour Championship Series and the PGA Tour Challenger Series. It was assumed that the finale for the Championship Series would include some form of match play, and the Tour made it official with an announcement laying out all of the details on Tuesday.

The Top 90 finishers on the PGA Tour Championship Series points list will retain their membership cards for the following year, and those 90 players will also qualify for the Championship Series Finale. The 90-player, 72-hole stroke play event will essentially serve as the first playoff event, which will then lead into a match play event that will take place across two weeks.

The Championship Series Finale will award two separate titles - the season-long points winner and winner of the stroke play event - and the Top 32 players on the final season-long points list will advance to match play.

The first week will see the 32-player field split into eight groups of four that will compete in group match play across three days. The top two players in each group will then advance to the second week of the Tour Championship.

In a fun wrinkle worth mentioning, if there is a tie at the conclusion of group play, a playoff will take place to determine who will advance, instead of any sort of margin-of-victory tiebreaker or any others determined on paper.

The second week of match play will feature 16 players who will compete in match play across four days, with the last man standing being the player who manages to win four consecutive matches.

The second week of the Tour Championship will be held at a different venue than the first week of the event. The PGA Tour stated that a full lineup of dates and venues for the 2028 Championship Series will be unveiled on February 22, 2027.

Match play is a no-brainer for the PGA Tour finale

Since the FedEx Cup was first introduced in 2007, serving as the PGA Tour's postseason, the Tour has rolled out multiple formats. From a straightforward season-long points race to giving the points leader a cushion on the leaderboard, and now the simple format of awarding the FedEx Cup to the winner of the Tour Championship, the postseason has long needed a boost.

Making the season finale a match play event – which most would agree is not only the most entertaining but also the best format to determine a champion – was the easiest change to make. PGA Tour commissioner Jay Monahan never got around to making it. Soon-to-be PGA Tour CEO Brian Rolapp announcing the change before he officially assumes his new role on January 1, 2027, can certainly be seen as a surprising sign of what's to come for the Tour and its fans.

The adult woman, whose name is being withheld at her family’s request, is the first World Trade Center victim identified through forensic investigative genetic genealogy, New York City officials announced Sunday.

Her identification marks the 1,654th person identified from remains recovered after the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks, which killed 2,753 people in New York City.

A couple flying to Las Vegas to elope ended up getting married at 35,000 feet after a Southwest Airlines crew turned their flight into a wedding.

Sara Arroyo Montalvo and her partner had planned to elope privately in Las Vegas when flight attendants learned about their idea and decided to organize a midair ceremony, Montalvo shared in a Facebook post.

The Aug. 13 wedding took place in front of 178 passengers, with the plane's captain — who is also an ordained minister — serving as the officiant, according to the post's caption.

Maine’s newly anointed Democratic Senate nominee wished "nothing would have happened" to his predecessor, Graham Platner, whose campaign was torpedoed by sexual assault allegations last month.

Troy Jackson, a former logger and Maine state Senate president, slid into the role as Democratic nominee after Platner’s insurgent campaign rapidly unraveled as scandal after scandal piled up, culminating in a sexual assault allegation from his ex-girlfriend that he has since denied.

Jackson had previously run in Maine’s gubernatorial contest, finishing third in the primary earlier this summer. Once Platner exited the race in July, he was quickly chosen by Maine Democrats to succeed him to take on longtime incumbent Sen. Susan Collins, R-Maine, in a race that could define the balance of power in the Senate.

BERNIE-BACKED MAINE DEMOCRATIC SENATE HOPEFUL SQUIRMS OVER PAST GRAHAM PLATNER SUPPORT

But Jackson never really wanted to run for the Senate, the Midcoast Villager reported, but felt it was important to pick up the mantle of progressive politics that Platner had suddenly dropped.

"I wish nothing would have happened with Graham," Jackson said. "I wish, you know, things would have continued like all that. It would have been much better. But when it did, I just didn't want to see all these people that are looking for somebody to fight for them go away once again broken and hopeless."

Jackson, a fellow progressive who had previously worked on the presidential campaigns of Sen. Bernie Sanders, I-Vt., had campaigned alongside Platner and was endorsed by him in his bid for the governor’s mansion.

PLATNER DROPS OUT OF CRUCIAL SENATE RACE AFTER BOMBSHELL RAPE ALLEGATION TORPEDOES CAMPAIGN

When the final allegation hit, he, like several other Democrats both in-state and across the country, called on Platner to exit the race.

"The allegations against Graham Platner are serious, credible, and deserving of full accountability — they cannot and must not be ignored," Jackson said in a statement on X at the time.

"There is a powerful movement of working-class people in the state of Maine," he continued. "For the sake of that movement, and the millions of Americans who have put their trust in it, Graham must now step down."

Jackson has had his own scandals, however.

He has most recently come under scrutiny for his temper following a water bottle-throwing incident while he served in the Senate, and after the discovery of a 1988 police record in which Jackson was alleged to have assaulted a man and pushed his longtime partner, Lana Pelletier, who according to records is his second cousin, during a late-night confrontation.

SUSAN COLLINS DROPS BRUTAL REMINDER OF DEM RIVAL ROCKED BY ACCUSATIONS

Collins declined to weigh in on the police record when asked by Fox News Digital earlier this month, arguing that was up to Jackson.

"But I will say that, based on widespread reporting, it appears that he struggles to control his temper," Collins said.

Meanwhile, there’s an effort afoot to get Platner to register as a write-in candidate in Maine. The deadline to do so is Aug. 25.

A website, writeingrahamforme.com, was launched as op-eds by Scott Niemi have made the rounds in local newspapers in Maine pushing for Platner to submit himself as a write-in, given that under Maine law write-in votes for an undeclared candidate don’t count.

Niemi argued in the Bangor Daily News that writing in Platner would prove to establishment Democrats that they don’t get to "overrule the will of Maine voter," and that because of Maine’s ranked-choice voting system, they could rank Jackson second to "keep the seat competitive."

"If Graham does not have enough votes to advance during tabulation, those ballots are not wasted, they transfer over to Jackson in the next round if he is ranked second," Niemi wrote. "I believe it is a mathematically solid plan to defeat Collins come election time."

It was a bit of a mixed bag yesterday for results. I had four plays in one game, which is something of a rarity for me. However, I went 3-1 in that game, and I lost the other game. For me, it was a slight profit for the day, but that's because I tend to bet less on player props than I do on full game totals or sides. We go back to the grind today with the matchup between the Pirates and the Padres.

The Pittsburgh Pirates are essentially repeating what they did last year in terms of record. The problem is that the team is not progressing. Last year, the team lost 91 games. It does seem like they will be closer to .500 this year, but coming into this game, they are five games under. They are fourth in their division and 18 games back of first place. If they can get hot before the end of the year, maybe they can make a push for the Wild Card, but they are 7.5 games back of that and have four teams in front of them for the final spot. Even though their hitting has improved, the pitching staff has struggled.

No one has been a bigger surprise struggle this season than today's starter, Paul Skenes. For the year, Skenes is 9-11 with a 3.95 ERA and a 1.14 WHIP. The WHIP is obviously pretty good, but that ERA is far higher than at any point in his short career. He does have 171 strikeouts, so he is still mowing down hitters. It is hard to say exactly what the issue is; he has 41 walks allowed in 139.0 innings this season compared to 42 in 187.2 innings last year, so maybe control is the problem. He has been very good in limited experience against the Padres, holding them to three hits in 24 at-bats.

The San Diego Padres are currently the owners of the last spot in the Wild Card race. With just about a month left, they have to put their foot on the gas pedal and secure that spot. They have run their record to ten games above .500, and this is also reminiscent of last season. They made it to the playoffs via a Wild Card spot last year, and it came after some hot play after the All-Star Break. Last year they started the 2nd half eight games above .500; this year they were at exactly even. Now they are 10 games over.

Today they send out Michael King to the hill in hopes that he can give them another victory and put more distance to those teams looking up at them. King has an 8-9 record with a 3.38 ERA and a 1.17 WHIP. He has also been strong with his punchouts, sitting at 41st in the Majors with 128 strikeouts. He's been very good in home starts and night games. In the night games specifically, he has a 2.81 ERA over 93 innings this year. King has held Pirates hitters to just a .250 average over 40 at-bats.

The one guy I see today for a potential player prop is Brandon Lowe. He is just 2-for-13 against King with five strikeouts. I'm not sure I'd feel overly confident in him not getting a hit today, but it is at least an option. For the game, though, we should feel confident backing King here. Skenes is not the Skenes we've seen the past two seasons. King has thrown very well at home and at night. I also trust the Padres bullpen more than the Pirates. Give me the Padres here.

Michigan Democratic Senate nominee Abdul El-Sayed is catching flak from across the political spectrum for comparing circumcision to child sex changes during a Monday night appearance on "Jesse Watters Primetime."

"So you think it’s okay for a parent to slash his kid’s ding-a-ling off?" Watters asked El-Sayed.

"Are you circumcised?" El-Sayed asked Watters.

ABDUL EL-SAYED GRILLED ON PAST STATEMENTS ON SHARIA LAW AND WHITE SUPREMACY, TAXING THE RICH

"Circumcision’s different than castration," Watters responded.

"It’s a problem that you think you get to decide what happens between a parent, a doctor and a patient," El-Sayed went on. "I’m just saying that, yes, circumcision is surgery on a kid’s ding-a-ling."

Even some on the left didn’t buy into El-Sayed’s attempt to compare sex changes with circumcision.

"This talking point isn’t it,"Ryan Grim, a co-founder of the left-wing outlet DropSite News, wrote in response to a clip of the exchange.

"He might be worse than Kamala Harris," conservative pundit Benny Johnson posted.

"Holy crap, Abdul El-Sayed said circumcision is similar to sex change operations on minors," OutKick founder Clay Travis wrote.

Others took opportunities to poke fun at El-Sayed for asking a news host about his penis during a nationally televised interview by making puns.

"Interested to see El-Sayed's pole numbers after this," Washington Free Beacon reporter Chuck Ross quipped.

Some, however, took a more serious tone.

"Sex-rejecting surgeries are not comparable to circumcision, and everyone on this planet knows that, including El-Sayed," the senior policy director of the right-of-center organization Do No Harm said. "Candidates who choose to die on this hill will deserve their election losses."

Circumcision is an elective surgical procedure that is generally performed on infants, though some medical experts and critics have raised concerns about consent, medical necessity and the risks associated with the procedure.

Supreme Court Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson sharply rebuked her colleagues' decision allowing the Trump administration to move forward with parts of its mail-voting executive order, warning that the ruling could create election chaos and leave states trapped between filing legal challenges too early or too late.

"This ruling violates well-established precedents concerning this Court’s equitable discretion and needlessly injects chaos and uncertainty into the upcoming midterm elections," the court's junior liberal justice wrote in a 23-page dissent Monday.

Jackson said the decision "lets another shoe drop in the Kafkaesque nightmare that our precedents have been steadily creating for certain plaintiffs who seek to bring election-related challenges."

The court granted the Trump administration’s request to stay a lower-court injunction that had blocked implementation of portions of President Donald Trump’s March executive order in 23 Democratic-led states and the District of Columbia.

The unsigned majority opinion did not decide whether the executive order itself is lawful. Instead, the court concluded that the administration was likely to prevail on its argument that the states’ challenge was premature because they had not yet suffered a sufficiently concrete injury.

"The Court’s disposition of this application does not mean that any measure taken by the Government to implement the Order will necessarily be lawful," the majority wrote. "On that score, time will tell."

Jackson took aim at that reasoning, arguing that the states were already confronting election-planning costs, threats of prosecution and uncertainty over possible changes to mail-ballot procedures.

She accused the majority of embracing what she called a "Catch-Me-If-You-Can approach" that could make it difficult for states to determine when an election-related challenge is ripe for judicial review.

The court has previously warned against courts changing election rules too close to Election Day. Jackson argued Monday’s decision creates the opposite problem by telling states that some challenges can also come too early.

"The Court does a disservice to all concerned by distorting Article III standing and ripeness principles to issue a ruling that contributes to pre-election chaos instead of quashing it," she wrote.

Jackson also accused the majority of a "lack of situational awareness," arguing that the administration was seeking emergency relief while simultaneously maintaining that the consequences of the executive order remained uncertain.

Trump’s March 31 executive order directs the Department of Homeland Security to take steps toward compiling state-specific lists of U.S. citizens and instructs the attorney general to prioritize certain investigations and prosecutions involving allegedly ineligible voters.

The order also directs the U.S. Postal Service to pursue rules governing mail-in and absentee ballots, including ballot-envelope requirements, tracking barcodes and state-specific voter lists.

FEDERAL JUDGE BLOCKS POSTAL SERVICE FROM CARRYING OUT TRUMP MAIL-IN BALLOT ORDER

The Postal Service outlined plans last week for implementing portions of the order, according to The Associated Press, though the approaching election calendar could limit how much can take effect before November. North Carolina is scheduled to begin sending ballots to military and overseas voters Sept. 4, with other states following soon afterward.

Justice Sonia Sotomayor filed a separate dissent joined by Justice Elena Kagan, arguing that the states already faced sufficiently concrete and imminent injuries to bring their challenge.

The litigation will continue in the lower courts. The Supreme Court’s order stays the Massachusetts injunction while the administration’s appeal proceeds in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit and potentially returns to the Supreme Court.

Jackson closed her dissent by calling the case "not a close call," and arguing that allowing the administration to proceed risked confusion and last-minute disruption ahead of the midterms.

"When the Government’s obvious goal is to interfere with the Plaintiff States’ practices and prerogatives in a manner that the Constitution does not authorize," Jackson wrote, "it is both a serious legal error and a grave misuse of our equitable emergency powers to let the Executive proceed even one step further."

Abdul El-Sayed dodges 'racist NFL' claim, continues defending Colin Kaepernick

Socialist Michigan Democrat Abdul El-Sayed, 41, appeared on "Jesse Watters Primetime" to answer for his past shots at football and his claim that the NFL is racist.

When Watters pressed him to defend it, El-Sayed tried to dodge the question before he was eventually tackled.

El-Sayed, the progressive Senate candidate backed by the Democratic Socialists of America, previously blasted football for fostering "toxic masculinity," "bro culture," and "racism, misogyny, and homophobia."

He also branded the NFL fundamentally racist and insisted the grifting ex-QB Colin Kaepernick deserved more years in the league.

It showed just how separated El-Sayed is from the common American.

He told Watters:

"Look, I think for Colin Kaepernick, I think he should have had several more years in the NFL. Now I think he's a pretty damn good quarterback. I think, unfortunately, he lost a lot of time.

"But the bigger question right now when it comes to football, look, I know you guys like to think I don't like football, but I'm happy to line up against anybody who thinks that I don't like football.

"Now, I think football used to be the kind of thing that you could enjoy with people... That's gone for too many people. I want to talk about football. I want talk about access to football."

About those old claims that the NFL is racist ... Watters called out El-Sayed's side-stepping of his old comments.

"I'm just saying, most people can't afford that. Bigger issue with the NFL, you won't talk about the NFL. The bigger issue with NFL is too many people can afford it. You probably can, and I know that you're in New York, so you have like two teams that play in the same place. So you get two options. But I'm saying that here in Michigan, we've got one team and most people can't watch them in the stadium. And I'd like to make it more affordable."

"All right, so you dodged, you dodgy again," Watters responded.

Federal judge slaps down Ghislaine Maxwell petition for new trial as ‘rambling,’ ‘meritless’

A federal judge rejected Ghislaine Maxwell’s latest effort to overturn her conviction, blasting her petition as "lengthy and rambling" and finding her claims "all meritless" and "all or almost all" frivolous.

U.S. District Judge Paul A. Engelmayer denied Maxwell’s post-conviction challenge in an opinion filed Monday in the Southern District of New York and made public Tuesday, writing that the evidence against the convicted Jeffrey Epstein associate at trial was "overwhelming."

Maxwell, representing herself, had moved to vacate her conviction and 20-year prison sentence, alleging that her constitutional rights were violated at trial and sentencing.

Engelmayer said the vast majority of her arguments were procedurally barred because she either raised and lost them on direct appeal or could have raised them earlier but did not.

The judge also shot down Maxwell’s reliance on material released under the Epstein Files Transparency Act, finding that the purported new evidence did not support her claims. The supposedly "new" evidence was largely irrelevant to Maxwell 's case, the judge said.

"To the extent it is relevant, far from exculpating her, it incriminates her or reinforces the correctness of the legal rulings Maxwell challenges," Engelmayer wrote.

"The Court accordingly denies Maxwell’s petition," he concluded.

Maxwell was convicted in December 2021 on five felony counts stemming from her participation with Epstein in the sexual abuse of young girls over the course of a decade.

Denmark's left-wing PM warns: 'Big enemy has started to grow from within' as Europe faces migrant reckoning

Denmark's left-wing prime minister, Mette Frederiksen, has sent shock waves throughout the European left after recent comments about the Scandinavian nation's — and the continent's — failure to deal with radical Islam among migrant communities.

Her comments come after the mass migration chaos in the Spanish exclave of Ceuta, when Frederiksen criticized the actions of Spain's leftist leader, Pedro Sánchez, during a special session on Ceuta in the Danish Parliament.

Responding to a question from a far-left legislator on Denmark’s apparent lack of "solidarity" with Spain against "anti-democratic forces" pressuring Europe, Frederiksen said, "If we talk about undemocratic forces, then Russia is our biggest enemy. The problem is that a big enemy has started to grow from within, and it is foreigners who have come to Europe," according to an English translation.

While not singling out Denmark's integrated immigrant population, she continued, "It is Hamas supporters. It is people who commit terror against European societies. It is people who do not recognize our fundamental European values. It is people who sympathize with some of the darkest forces in this world. So, Europe is threatened. The problem is that we are threatened both from outside and now from within, but it is not because of a disagreement between the Danish and Spanish governments, but because of people with an Islamic background who do not want the open, free European society, unfortunately."

Sweden-based foreign policy expert and author Daniel Schatz told Fox News Digital, "What is striking is not that a conservative politician is talking about illegal immigration, failed integration and Islamist extremism, it is that one of Europe’s leading center-left prime ministers is saying it in such blunt terms. That tells you how far the European immigration debate has shifted."

PORTUGAL ENACTS 'BURQA LAW' LARGELY PROHIBITING FACE COVERINGS IN PUBLIC

Frederiksen came to power in Denmark’s 2019 elections on what Reuters called a "platform of radical reforms to reach climate targets, lowering the pension age for manual workers - and stricter migration policies." Denmark already had some of the strongest asylum laws in Europe before 2019, including a 2018 law targeting "parallel societies." That law allowed the government to "demolish or sell off social housing areas where more than half of residents are from a ‘non-Western’ background," if certain criteria were met, and refugees in those areas are not eligible for family reunion.

In 2021, Frederiksen introduced a new deportation law allowing for refugees to be returned to their country of origin, if Denmark deemed it safe, even if Denmark had no diplomatic relations with that country, and even as the European Commission deemed Danish legislation on transferring asylum seekers to third countries while their claims were processed "incompatible with EU law."

Since June, Frederiksen has been a leading voice in opposition to the immigration policies of Spain’s Pedro Sánchez, telling Parliament, "It is no secret that I and the Spanish Prime Minister deeply disagree on immigration policy… I and we will not accept that Danish society has to pay the price for decisions in Spain that we fundamentally disagree with."

On Aug. 1, Frederiksen joined conservative Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni and 20 other EU government leaders in a letter saying the EU "cannot allow mass crossings, the instrumentalization of migration or other hybrid threats to create the perception that illegal entry into the European Union is possible."

ITALY-SPAIN BORDER FEUD EXPOSES EUROPE’S DEEPENING IMMIGRATION DIVIDE

The two, currently the only female heads of government in the EU, followed that letter with an Aug. 10 joint statement saying they "are both proud of Europe’s Christian cultural heritage and we want to protect it. We expect that those who arrive in our countries and choose to make Europe their home respect our values and do not try to impose ways of life that we do not share. We believe that this is the right path to protect Europe and our common values. And we believe that millions of Europeans share this conviction."

Emma Schubart of the Henry Jackson Society told Fox News Digital, "Frederiksen is right to name the ‘enemy within’. Europe has spent years pretending that uncontrolled migration and failed integration come without consequences. They do not… Parallel societies have taken root, Islamist extremism has been allowed to fester and support for groups such as Hamas is no longer confined to the margins. Denmark understands the cost."

Daniel Schatz said Frederiksen "is essentially arguing that Europe faces threats from two directions: Russia from outside and anti-democratic extremism from within. For a center-left European leader, that is remarkably strong language." He noted Frederiksen’s "political formula has been straightforward: protect Denmark’s generous system of public benefits and social services, control the border and deny the populist right a monopoly on immigration. For an American audience, that is probably the most important thing to understand about the Danish model."

Frederiksen’s position is important, he said, because she did not move politically "because Danish voters suddenly became concerned about immigration. She moved because she realized years ago that many of them already were." He added, "The important distinction is that this is not an argument that immigrants are inherently criminal. It is an argument that a democratic society must be willing to confront failed integration when it occurs."

With a new NFL season around the corner, the league and Nike are building off the success of last year’s "Nike x NFL Rivalries" program, a first-of-its-kind uniform and apparel collection manufactured and sold by Fanatics, which was designed to deepen the connection fans and communities have with their football teams.

For the 2026 campaign, eight new teams continue the Nike x NFL Rivalries program through distinct uniform designs created for each participating team.

The teams include teams from the AFC South – the Houston Texans, Tennessee Titans, Jacksonville Jaguars, and Indianapolis Colts – and NFC North – the Chicago Bears, Minnesota Vikings and Green Bay Packers.

Ohio man charged over graphic threats to kill Trump, behead GOP lawmaker

An Ohio man was arrested by the FBI after allegedly making graphic threats against a Jewish Republican congressman and calling for the death of President Donald Trump.

Alex Justin Miller, 26, is accused of sending a "true threat" to Rep. Randy Fine, R-Fla., and his family, according to the Department of Justice (DOJ).

A copy of the message separately obtained by Fox News Digital shows Miller allegedly called Fine and his family "Nazi f—-s" and said he would burn their house down, pledging he would "never stop until your head is hanging from the rooftops of the White House." His message ended with "DEATH TO RANDY FINE AND DEATH TO DONALD TRUMP."

Miller was charged with interstate transmission of a threat to injure by the U.S. Attorney in the Middle District of Florida and faces up to five years in prison if convicted, the DOJ said.

The incident was investigated by the FBI and the Brevard County Sheriff's Office with assistance from the Secret Service and Capitol Police, the DOJ said.

"It was so graphic. It says, 'I'm gonna murder you. I'm going to cut your head off. I won't stop,'" Fine told Fox News Digital. "I reported it immediately. I unfortunately have learned what the difference is between a nasty message and a death threat, and this clearly was a death threat."

The full message read: "Dear fat--- piece of s---stain, I cannot wait to take a trip to you lovely home and light the whole place on fire and murder you and your entire family in the middle of the night while you sleep. I hope you disgusting Nazi f---s sleep with one eye open for the rest of your life because I will NEVER stop until your head is hanging from the rooftops of the White House. You deserve 10000% to be beheaded and have your body paraded through the streets. DEATH TO RANDY FINE AND DEATH TO DONALD TRUMP!!"

Fine said he received the threat via email on the morning of primary Election Day in the Sunshine State. He also said it reinforced his belief that federal officials need more protection.

"I don't know what this person's motives were for writing this, but it's someone not from Florida. So, you know, this was not a local constituent that was upset," he said. "I do think members of Congress need more security than we oftentimes get."

He added that law enforcement found and arrested the man within 36 hours.

"I'm incredibly grateful to the U.S. attorney, the FBI, the Capitol Police, and all the law enforcement in Florida who took this seriously. The bottom line is, don't do this. Don't write messages like this to elected officials, Republican or Democrat. You want to call us bad people? Be my guest, but do not do this sort of thing," Fine said.

I feared AI would leave my community behind. Now I see a path to prosperity

There has been worry of late that AI may eliminate jobs. I have seen the power of AI, and I can understand why some sectors are worried. I have even worried that this ongoing AI revolution may leave behind the troubled youth in my South Side of Chicago neighborhood. For the past several years, I have been building this massive Leadership and Economic Opportunity Center to teach young people the trades as a way out of poverty and violence. And I’m sitting here, wondering if I made a mistake. Have I created something that is outdated? I admit I felt this panic deep within my soul. Was I handing my youth a caveman tool when they needed the latest technology?

I wondered how we would adapt to this ever-changing world that changes so fast that sometimes I can’t even remember who was in the news last week. So I took a walk through the walls of the new building. It’s beautiful. It brings me such joy to see the rooms and the promises of opportunity that come with them. We have rooms for the trades in every aspect of construction, from wood cutting to plumbing. We have rooms for creating new electricians. We’ve also got rooms for creating HVAC workers and fiber technicians, and more. We’ve got amazing equipment for our youth to train on. But was all of this for nothing? Did time pass us by?

I did not create this building to leave another empty shell on the South Side of Chicago. Just down the street from us, Walgreens and McDonald’s fled, and there are boarded-up buildings. There are no grocery stores, and we’re a true food desert where fried foods are often our only quick and easy option. The rates of homeownership here are abysmal. Despite low home prices, some blocks have homeownership rates as low as 14% to 24%. We have a poverty rate of 40% to 51%, depending on which block you go to. And don’t even get me started on our local schools.

DIVINE PURPOSE HELPED BRING CHICAGO’S MOST-DANGEROUS BLOCK BACK TO LIFE

That is why I am so desperate to bring a symbol of hope to my community through the building of this community center. I still felt that quiet desperation as I walked past the construction workers at work. I came upon a young man who had finished his job here. After thanking him for his contribution, I asked him where he was going next. He explained that he had secured work for a major AI manufacturing facility in a nearby township. As he told me more and more, I thought to myself: There’s a building boom.

When we think of AI, we think of the Silicon Valley story about white-collar workers. The media is full of headlines about white-collar workers afraid of losing their jobs. But at the same time, I was also noticing, in my layman’s view of the world, that AI could potentially be the wealth-of-knowledge generator that places practical expertise directly in the hands of young people failed by the current systems. In other words, AI could help my youth leapfrog gaps in local schooling and training by enabling self-sufficiency faster.

THE AI REVOLUTION THREATENS OFFICE JOBS, BUT REVIVES DEMAND FOR SKILLED TRADES

I also began, thanks to my conversation with the young construction worker, to see that many people were missing the big opportunity here. While AI may transform or eliminate certain desk jobs, it is also a world unto itself that must be built. We’re talking about data centers, power grids, fiber networks and advanced manufacturing facilities.

Who is going to help build this revolution? I looked down from the roof of my community center at the young people on the sidewalks and prayed that it would be them and their peers.

This AI boom will require, for many years, electricians, HVAC technicians, construction workers, plumbers, pipefitters, fiber technicians and other skilled tradespeople. I recently drove out to see some of these facilities being built, and they’re massive. The world is changing before our eyes, and we’re entering an entirely new era of infrastructure.

A SOUTHERN STATE JUST TOOK THE TOP SPOT IN ONE OF THE WORLD’S FASTEST-GROWING INDUSTRIES

Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang has called this the largest infrastructure buildout in human history. Major tech companies are projected to spend roughly $700 billion this year alone on AI-related facilities. This will only increase as more and more of us adopt AI. And it is happening as hundreds of data centers are under construction or planned across the United States. One analysis estimates the nation will need 130,000 to 140,000 additional skilled trades workers by 2030 just to support AI infrastructure—before accounting for housing, hospitals and energy projects competing for the same talent.

This demand has created an urgency to develop new workers. The Bureau of Labor Statistics projects electrician employment to grow 9% from 2024 to 2034, a rate much higher than average. The bureau projects about 81,000 openings each year. HVAC mechanics and installers are projected to grow 8%, which translates to roughly 40,100 openings annually. Plumbers, pipefitters and steamfitters are expected to see about 44,000 openings per year.

WANT TO STRENGTHEN AMERICA'S ECONOMY? THE KEY INVESTMENT IS HIDING IN PLAIN SIGHT

In May 2026, the construction industry reported approximately 298,000 job openings. Specialty-trade contractors already employ more than 565,000 electricians and 349,000 plumbers, pipefitters and steamfitters. The Associated Builders and Contractors estimates the industry needs roughly 349,000 net new workers in 2026 alone. In data-center hotspots, skilled-trades wages already carry a 7% premium overall, with plumbers and pipefitters seeing gains as high as 20%.

More importantly, the median annual pay for these jobs is solid, at around $62,000 to $72,000. This may not seem like a lot, but for a kid who has known nothing but generational poverty, this is the way out of the culture of dependency.

Yes, one job like this can end that vicious, soul-sucking cycle that has kept so many of us stuck in the permanent Black underclass. These careers build assets, they restore dignity and pride, and they give people a stake in America.

At first, I feared that the AI revolution would leave my youth behind. But now I’m more convinced than ever that this is the greatest opportunity to come along.

I was part of the Great Migration myself, the very tail end of it. My mother and her husband moved from a tiny town in Tennessee to Muncie, Indiana, for better jobs in industrial factories. When I visited them and later moved to Indiana, I was exposed to a world of more opportunities.

I see this cycle of life coming back around today, and I’m determined more than ever to push my youth onto this AI opportunity wagon. As they say, this is their chance to strike it rich in America.

Dem House hopeful defended music video showing woman restrained, groped and killed

In a 2016 interview, Latin Grammy Award-winning artist and Democratic congressional candidate Bobby Pulido defended a fellow singer against criticism for a graphic music video that depicted acts of sexual violence and murder.

In the video production of "Fuiste Mía" or "You were mine" by Gerardo Ortiz, a singer walks in on his girlfriend cheating on him. After shooting her lover, he then handcuffs her to a pole, blindfolds her, and gropes her before putting her in the trunk of his car and setting it on fire.

In response to backlash, Pulido defended Ortiz, calling the video a matter of artistic direction.

"I've made videos with suggestive images; some have stayed, others have been edited, and still others were never used. That's the decision of the artist and their team," Pulido said in response to public backlash against the production.

Pulido’s resurfaced response to the music video is the latest in a series of controversies he has tried to downplay as he pursues a seat in the U.S. House of Representatives in Texas’ 15th Congressional District — one of the country’s most competitive seats.

Pulido is best known for Tejano, or Mexican–Spanish folk-style, songs like "Desvelado" and "Se Murió de Amor," and received five nominations for a Latin Grammy Awards, winning Best Tejano Album in 2025 and 2022.

He filed to run for Congress in Texas’ 15th District, challenging Rep. Monica De La Cruz, R-Texas. A two-term incumbent, she last won election to the district in 2024 in a 57.1% to 42.9% victory over Democratic nominee Michelle Vallejo.

Along the way, Pulido has drawn scrutiny for a resurfaced history of posting links to explicit websites on his personal X account — as well as for a social media post of what appeared to be him urinating on President Donald Trump’s Hollywood Walk of Fame star. Pulido has shrugged off criticism for both, stating in 2024 that it's "it’s impossible to have Twitter and not watch porn," and that he had only poured water on Trump’s star as a joke.

More notably, Pulido has also had to fend off criticisms of bringing a registered sex offender to a Texas middle school benefit concert in 2018.

In that case, Pulido denied knowledge of his associate’s status at the time and has dismissed coverage of it as a "nothing story," according to Axios.

Similarly, in his defense of Ortiz, Pulido downplayed the music video, arguing that viewers had become accustomed to increasingly graphic images.

"What happens when there's a [car] accident?" Pulido asked, comparing the music video to real-life instances of tragedy.

"Traffic doesn't flow because people slow down or even stop to see what happened; something similar happens with the regional Mexican genre when these kinds of incidents occur."

At least one Republican onlooker is left unconvinced by the defense of the music video — and defenses of other past behaviors.

"Bobby Pulido has spent his entire adult life defending perverts and predators while lashing out at members of law enforcement who keep Texans safe. He is a truly sick individual who is morally rotten," Zach Kraft, a spokesperson for the Republican National Committee (RNC), said in a statement to Fox News Digital.

The Pulido campaign did not immediately respond to a request for comment about his defense of the video and whether he had a track record of downplaying potentially problematic conduct.

The latest episode of "Lioness" shook fans to the core.

Season three of Taylor Sheridan's epic CIA/military thriller is currently airing on Paramount+, and the fourth episode of the new season aired this past Sunday.

The new season has been absolutely insane through four episodes as the hunt to save Joe (Zoe Saldaña) from her kidnappers is underway.

The season three premiere brought viewers to the frontlines of the war in Ukraine in absolutely brutal and unrelenting fashion.

It's another masterclass from Sheridan.

Well, one death scene brought the stakes to an unprecedented level in "Murder Hornets."

With the clock racing down to find Joe before she's extracted out of the country to her death, the team launches an assault against an airport hangar.

The team misses saving Joe, and viewers were given one of the most shocking scenes in the history of the series.

Kyle (Thad Luckinbill), one of Joe's most loyal teammates, executes one of the kidnappers at point-blank range in a desperate bid to get the other abductors to give up the tail number of the plane she's on.

The cold-blooded killing left the rest of Joe's team shocked, especially Bobby. Yet, the decision was calculated. There's no time for regular investigations and interrogations. Joe's life depends on moving fast, and Kyle is willing to do whatever is necessary to bring her home. If that means executing captured men, then so be it.

There is also a gut-wrenching scene at the end of the episode where Kaitlyn (Nicole Kidman) informs Joe's husband that the reality of the situation is as bleak and ominous as possible:

Prepare for Joe to never return alive.

People had plenty of reactions on Reddit to the shocking episode:

Kyle makes a lot of excuses to justify his violence, but we all know that Joe's life is all that matters. Bro is just worried about his sister.
Kyle is approaching this situation for exactly what it is. A war crime in the middle of a war. He knows exactly what horrors Joe is in for if they make it to Russia with her so he's not afraid of dropping Russian bodies along the way to prevent that from happening. The suits outlined it perfectly in this episode. If they successfully get Joe off of US soil getting her back becomes so much more complicated (and leads to them possibly having to trade Lioness secrets and risk other case workers getting burned just to get her back). At that point how do you explain to Joe's family that it's almost better off for the US government to just abandon their top Lioness case worker who has given them everything over the years to die in the name of protecting the agency? It doesn't surprise me that Kyle is approaching this situation with a very heightened sense of urgency. As Meade said in the episode their window to get Joe back without it creating a huge mess for the Lioness program is rapidly closing.
Kaitlyn (Nicole Kidman) made clear when she and Kyle were alone that he is licensed to kill but the QRF team is not. Bobbi and the crew assumed Kyle was out of line because they cannot execute anyone in cold blood. But Kyle can, he has authorization. Joe is at the same level as Kyle so I assume she has the same authorization.
Kyle is known to be ruthless, but he wouldn't go as far as killing a defenseless man for anyone but his big sister Joe.
I'm totally team Kyle. But I understand WHY Bobby was pissed. She and the rest of the team don't know he is under different orders.
The more I watch this season the more I become a fan of Kyle. The speech he gave back at base after the airport hangar op about how everything could play out with Joe as a chess piece was incredible.
Kyle just became the best character on this show. He knows he has authority and power to eliminate threats with no repercussions and its very cool that Kaitlyn reminds him he can do that but the others can't and he has to be mindful of that. Kyle is the one that gets sh*t done and I love it.
Kyle telling everyone the harsh truths that they don't want to hear if they actually successfully get Joe to Russia away from American jurisdiction. Those Russians basically freely admitted to being Joe's kidnappers on American soil while hiding behind the diplomatic immunity shield so I don't blame him for killing one of them (even if it is a mess to clean up for law enforcement).
I hope all paid attention to the conversation Kyle had with Kaitlyn about he needs a team with the same "Rules of Engagement" he has. Kaitlyn told Kyle it's on it's way. We will not be getting Joe back until that team is on site and deployed with Kyle to retrieve her. Their arrival will be a key moment.
I am team Kyle on this one. I was screaming at my TV like that’s how you do it. You start putting guns to heads and shoot MF’ers who aren’t talking!
