Selena Gomez is having an incredible year.
After executive producing "13 Reasons Why," Netflix's most watched show ever, the singer released new music and purchased a new home—all in one week. The singer's latest residence is located in Studio City, California, and set Gomez back $2.5 million, according to Trulia.
The 3,188-square-foot residence is a modest ranch-style house with three bedrooms, two baths, and one half bath in the main house, and an additional bedroom and bath in a separate space that could be converted into a studio or guest home.
But perhaps the best part is the closets: In the master suite alone, there are two spacious walk-ins and two regular closets. Outside, the property boasts a swimming pool, built-in barbecue area, and lots of fruit trees and vegetable beds.
This is not Selena's only real estate holding—she also has a house on the market in her hometown of Fort Worth, Texas.
