Los Angeles Clippers guard J.J. Redick is still hoping to score a buyer for his nearly $5 million Italian-style villa in Austin, TX.
His six-bedroom, 10,000-square-foot home is situated on more than an acre of manicured lawns and gardens, according to the listing. It features checkerboard stone flooring in its grand foyer, a media room, a private office, two bars, and a wine cellar. Outside there's an infinity pool and spa, huge entertaining area, and cabana.
The property initially hit the market in March 2015 for $6.9 million and has seen several price reductions since then. Redick bought the home for $3.8 million in 2012, according to the Los Angeles Times.
Redick, known for his deadly three-point shooting, set several records during his college career at Duke, including most points in a single season. He was the 11th overall pick in the 2006 NBA draft by the Orlando Magic, and also played for the Milwaukee Bucks before signing a four-year, $27 million contract with the Clippers in 2013.
