Now we’re told that when West first visited the condo, he was overheard saying that he planned to “Ye-ify” the place (a reference to his nickname, Ye). It seems West wasn’t impressed by the energy of the so-called “billionaire beach bunker,” which we’re told is often used by its globe-trotting residents for just a couple months per year.
Even so, sources said that the other 1-percenter residents are quite content with the place in its un-Ye-ified state.

He also famously took offense to a bar at his wedding, declaring it looked like it was “from Texas,” so he sawed it in half and nailed wood to it.
