Extreme sports superstar Shaun White is offloading one of his California homes: a remodeled Mid-Century Modern home located in the Hollywood Hills neighborhood of Los Angeles.
Listed for $2.2 million, the 2,036-square-foot home offers an open floor plan, where white walls and dark wood floors collide to dramatic effect. Floor-to-ceiling windows throughout the three-bedroom house give it an airy appeal.
White -- who also owns homes in Lake Tahoe and San Diego -- was the first athlete to compete in both the summer and winter X Games. While he's best known for his two Olympic gold medals in snowboarding, he's also accumulated 23 medals (15 of them gold) in 10 years of X Games competition in both snowboarding and skateboarding.
Bronze pipes and white wainscoting give the master bathroom a glamorous Hollywood Regency feel -- but it wouldn't be a real Hollywood home without a million-dollar view. You're in luck: At dusk, you can enjoy a drink on the back deck, which offers views of the city.
