Texas Attorney General Greg Abbott says that as the swing vote in upcoming health care cases set to go to the Supreme Court, Justice Anthony Kennedy is one of the most powerful men in America. Abbott is one of the attorneys general who has filed suit against the federal health care law President Obama enacted next year, and he talked about the case on Foxnews.com's Power Play Live with Chris Stirewalt.
One case against the law was heard by a federal appellate panel in Atlanta on Wednesday and others were recently heard in Virginia. Regardless of the rulings, all are expected to be appealed to the Supreme Court.
The health care fight is just one of many issues that will enter the conversation during the 2012 presidential election and Abbott also discussed whether Texas Governor Rick Perry might enter the race.
